| 1 | M&L for Preventive maintenance including checking of street light wire connection by taking out power supply XLPE cable from GI protection pipe, taking out undergroung cable loop any type on pole to find out defect (loose connection /fault/ No power etc) on site and repairing to cable / wire connection & making new good tight connection along with new aluminium lugs, applying proper insulation by LT insulation tape in junction box, for proper power supply to light, as directed by engineer in charge.Note:- (i) Excavation work / removal & refixing of interlocking tiles, cost of ladders, any other T & P/ crane arrangment to approach the street light,labour, surrounding cleaning / cutting of grass / bushes / small tree branches for approacing to poleare included in unit rate quoted above.(ii) Contractor will deploy skilled electrian for execution of work and will able to find out the cable network for power supply to street light panel and street lights. |
| 2 | M&L for taking down the old unservisible street light from steel tublar pole (9 meter / 11 meter long) and fixing new LED street light/ flood light (45 W to 150 W) on the same pole complete all as specified and directed.Note : (i) The above item rate includes the cost of ladders, any other T & P/ crane arrangment to approach the street light,labour, surrounding cleaning / cutting of grass / bushes / small tree branches for approacing to pole all as directed and specified by Engineer-in-Charge. Contractor is requested to visit the site before quoting the tender. (ii) Contractor will deploy skilled electrian for execution of work and will able to find out the cable network for power supply to street light panel and street lights.(iv) Old unservisible Street light will be replaced by new LED light . New LED light will by issued by MES under schedule \"B\" free for fixing. (v) Old lights will be deposited to MES store yard. |
