Tender For Providing Lawn And Land Scaping At The Entrance Arch Near Gorimedu State Border Along Nh 32 In Puducherry-- 1 Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and in - equalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m - all kinds of soil 2 Supplying and filling with red earth (excluding rock) including cost and conveyance to the work site and stacking to the departmental gauge , spreading in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth , watering and consolidation using 0.5 tonne roller , or wooden or steel rammers etc. complete for making play fields , running tracks and court yards. 3 Providing and laying soft Korean grass turfing including supplying red earth, manure, river fine aggregate, labour charges for ground preparation spreading earth and manure transportation of all and maintaining the lawn for initial three months etc. complete. 4 Providing and planting Fuscaria 5 Providing and planting Ficus black with size of polybag 18cm x 18cm, well developed, fresh and healthy foliage leaves. The rate includes of digging necessary pit in ordinary soil and planting the pants refilling the excavated earth mixing with decayed framyard manure, flooding with water and maintaining the plants for three months as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. 6 Providing and planting Ixora mini dwarf with size of polybag 13cm x 13cm, well developed, fresh and healthy leaves. The rate includes of digging necessary pit in ordinary soil and planting the pants refilling the excavated earth mixing with decayed framyard manure, flooding with water and maintaining the plants for three months as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. 7 Providing and planting Ixora Tall all colours with size of polybag 13cm x 13cm, well developed, fresh and healthy leaves. The rate includes of digging necessary pit in ordinary soil and planting the pants refilling the excavated earth mixing with decayed framyard manure, flooding with water and maintaining the plants for three months as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. 10 Providing and laying pearl grass turfing including preparation of soil with mixing of decayed farmyard manure, fine dressing work labour charges and transport charges of all maintaining the lawn for initial three month etc complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. 11 Supplying and fixing of 1x3x4 sqmm (single run) PVC insulated copper submersible flat flexible cable complete.-upto 10HP pumpset. 12 Supplying,fixing and lowering into the borewell high tensile threaded PVC column pipes which are to be connected to the submersible pump,including labour charges,jointing materials etc.,complete.-50 mm dia 13 Supplying and fixing of DOL starters 0.5 HP to 5 HP with relay range 0.63 A to 13 A with suitable M.S. angle frame complete. 14 Providing and fixing gun metal gate valve with C.I.wheel of approved quality (Screwed end) - 25mm nominal bore 15 Providing and fixing ASTM pipes including all ASTM plain & brass threaded fittings this included jointing of pipes & fittings with one step ASTM solvent cement , trenching refilling & testing of joints complete (External work) - 32 mm nominal outer dia pipes 16 Supplying of electriclly operated wet type submersible motor and pumpset (Texmoo/ Taro/ make), AC single phase, 230 volts, 50 Hz, 2880RPM. The pump shall have brass impeller, high grade steel shaft with sufficient stages with suitable suction and delivery sizes, complete. the rate includes, all taxes, freight, etc., for at site in UT of Puducherry. the pumpset shall be guaranteed for a period of one year from the date of commissioning. (1HP Submersible motor and pumpset open well)
