Bids Are Invited ForSupplying, installing, testing and commissioning of Inverter Green Room Air Conditioner of 1.0 TR capacity, suitable for operation on 230V, 50 Hz, single phase AC supply, complete with indoor and outdoor units, factorycharged with eco-friendly green refrigerant R-32 (Low GWP, Zero ODP) in compliance with latest environmental and Green RAC norms of GeM. The Air Conditioner shall meet the following minimum technical requirements: Inverter compressor technology for enhanced performance and energy savings. Minimum 3-Star Energy Rating as per the latest BEE guidelines / labeling norms (current year). 5-in-1 Convertible Cooling Mode (or equivalent OEM technology) to adjust cooling output based on requirement and energy utilization. Turbo / Fast Cooling Mode for rapid temperature control and quick operational efficiency. Wide-angle air swing / louvre movement ensuring uniform air distribution across the room. Anti-Corrosive Blue Fins / Hydrophilic Fin Coating on both condenser and evaporator coils for extended life and enhanced performance in corrosive climatic conditions. 100% copper condenser and refrigerant piping coil system for high efficiency and durability. Minimum 3 meter copper refrigerant piping, insulation, and connections between indoor and outdoor units. Suitable power cable, interconnecting control wiring, drain piping, fasteners and supports required for the complete system installation. Powder-coated L-shaped outdoor mounting stand of heavy gauge steel for safe installation of outdoor unit. 4 kVA voltage stabilizer (IS-certified) suitable for inverter AC with ITDS/low/high voltage protection. All required consumables, brackets, installation materials, commissioning tools, vacuuming, nitrogen leak testing, etc. Transportation, loading, unloading, handling, installation and commissioning complete in all respects as per OEM guidelines and GeM norms. Warranty & Service Requirements: Minimum 1-year comprehensive onsite warranty on the complete unit including PCB, motors, coils, remote, parts & services. Additional 9-year extended warranty on compressor (OEM certified and documented). OEM-backed service support must be available within India with spare parts availability throughout the lifecycle of the product. Standards & Compliance Requirements (Mandatory): Energy Rating Certificate (BEE) – Current applicable label year. Green Refrigerant (R-32) compliance confirming Low GWP & Zero ODP. Product shall comply with relevant BIS/IS standards for room air conditioners. Installation and commissioning shall comply with OEM installation procedures and GeM service-level guidelines. The system shall meet the following minimum technical specifications: Technical Performance & Construction Features: Equipped with high-energy efficient inverter compressor technology for optimized performance and reduced energy consumption. Minimum 2-Star Energy Rating as per latest BEE labeling norms applicable for the current year. 100% copper condenser coil to ensure efficient cooling performance and longer system operational life. Anti-corrosive Blue Fin / Hydrophilic Fin coating on condenser coil for enhanced durability in coastal/corrosive environments. Indoor unit shall be ceiling-mounted cassette design with uniform 360° air throw for balanced air distribution. Decorative fascia panel to be provided as standard accessory, ensuring uniform aesthetics. Accessories, Installation Materials & Scope of Work: The scope shall include supply and installation of the following: Suitable L-shape powder-coated outdoor unit mounting stand for floor or wall installation (as site conditions permit). The back foam is designed with contoured lumbar support for extra comfort.
