Vessel profile registration, VCN generation in port community system / in consult with concerned VPT authorities

Posting of ship movement which includes Raising of Provisional bills in consult with HSL in Port operations system (POS), adjustment of bills and submission of hard copy to VPT Authorities. And alsoforward the online PMOS confirmation list to HSL.

Port clearance for the vessel to go for roads and to come back roads (out / in) from traffic department including Berman certificate registration, NOC and custom clearance etc.

Obtaining permissions from harbor master (HM), Deputy Conservator (DC) for the vessel movement(Shipping Asst.) and Follow up for posting of Pilot

To arrange required permissions for private boat from VPT / CISF/Customs for transfer of men / materialfrom the yard to the ship or from the ship to the yard from outer Harbour Break waters / from outside break waters (MCI) and to arrange required permissions for foreign service engineers from statutory portauthorities Viz. Port Registration Officer etc.

Settlement of Provisional bills post final sailing of the vessel including pursuing with VPT for raising offinal bill & submission of final bill to HSL

Obtaining required permissions from concerned VPT authorities to utilize VPT assets ex. Hanuman Crane, VPT dock, Bollard etc.

Raising online request/bill for hiring of yokoma fenders

All the necessary documentation/ paper works required for movement and shifitng of Naval & Coast guard vessels needs to be undertaken by the firm
