    Tender For Lead Lining Of Chrome Plating Bath; 1. Removal of old Lead lining. 2. Inspection of the Chrome bath tank 3. Preparation of the Steel Tank 4. Cleaning: The steel tank should be thoroughly cleaned to remove any rust, scale, or contaminants. 5. Surface Preparation: The internal surfaces are prepared to ensure proper welding of the lead. Where ever damaged found that MS plate should be replaced. 6. Leakage test of tank to ensure leak proof tank. 7. Lead Lining: Lead Sheets: Sheets of lead are cut and shaped to fit the shape of the tanks interior. Lead Thickness: 6 mm. 8. Welding: The lead sheets should be welded to the steel tanks internal surfaces, creating a continuous, leak-proof lining. 9. Additional Considerations: Anode Brackets: Anode brackets are installed within the lead-lined tank to securely hold the anodes used in the plating process. Cathode Brackets: Cathode brackets are also installed to support the parts being plated.
