| 6 | Notes for srl No 01 to 05 :-1. Maintenance, Servicing, repairing of EOT shall be carried out by OEM or their authorised agency only. Contractor shall submit MoU for this aspect within 28 days of Acceptance of tender failing which a penalty of Rs 500/- per day shall be imposed and contract shall liable to be cancelled and no claim shall be entertained on this account.2. Spare parts shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items as Supply only.3.Parts replaced shall be as per existing make. 4. Parts of minor nature such as nuts, bolts, screws & washers required at site are deemed to be included in the cost quoted. 5. Post Maint / Servicing of the gantry if any unserviceability is reported, the contractor must employ a technician who is readily available to attend the same with in 24 Hrs of receipt of complaint. Failure to this will impose a penality of Rs. 500/- per hour of delay after 24 Hrs. |
