Frames to have in build grooved sealing system and shall be site fitted with fire rated EPDM gasket as standard. All provision should be mortised, drilled and tapped for receiving appropriate hardware. Frames shall be filled with fire rated puff and gaps shall be sealed with silicon sealant complete all as specified and directed.(ii) S&F FD 120 Door shutter 46 mm thick fully flush double skin door insulated with vision lite glass 6 mm thick clear borosilicate fire rated glass of size 200mmx300mm. Door shutter constructed from 1.2 mm thick (18SWG) skin pass galvanised iron sheet (conform to IS 277).The internal construction of the door should be rigid reinforcement pads for receiving appropriate hardware made up of rockwool/mineral wool. Intumescent seals 15x2mm to be provoded all around the door in addition to grooved smoke seal. All doors shall be factory made for receiving appropriate hardware and provided with necessary reinforcement for hinges, locks and door closers. The edges should be interlocked with a bending radius of 1.4 mm. All doors finished with polyurethane/epoxy polyester powder coated with 60 micron dry film thickness complete all as specified and directed. 23 Providing and applying 5 mm ESD epoxy self-smoothening flooring on existing sound surface having moisture content less than 5 %. Surface preparation includes removal of existing ESD flooring , grinding of existing surface, proper cleaning, removing of loose mortar, paint residuals, curing compound residues, repairing of floor cracks and dents using epoxy putty. Application of Nitoprime 25-epoxy penetrating primer for concrete surface, using brush or roller and allow to cure for 8-10 hrs(depending upon temperature).Application of Nitoflor EU5-High Strength self-smoothening epoxy underlay at 2 mm thickness, coverage as per the TDS @ 7.7 m2 for 2 mm thickness. Nitoflor EU5 is a three component product includes base, hardeners and filler. All 3 components shall be mixed at least for 3-4 minutes at 500 rpm and the mixed Nitoflor EU5 should be spread to uniform thickness on the prepared surface using either a squeegee or a notched trowel. Prepare copper grid as per site condition and connect the same to earthing point. Copper strips shall be between 25mm wide & (100 microns) thickness fixed at 3mx3m grid or as per technical requirement. Mixing and application of Nitoflor SL Conductive Undercoat over primed surface using suitable brush or roller as per recommended coverage as per technical datasheet. Now mixing all components of Nitoflor SL Conductive Top Coat- Epoxy resin based static conductive self-smoothening system floor topping having thickness of 3 mm. Properties: Surface Resistance (BS 2050) Nitoflor SL Conductive – 25 x 103 - 1 x 106 Ohms, Compressive Strength at 7 days (ASTM C579) – 60 N/mm2, Flexural Sterngth at 7 days(BS 6319 Part 3) > 20 N/mm2, Tensile Strength at 7 days (BS 6319 Part 7) > 11.5 N/mm2, Volume Solids – 100 % using slow speed drill and poured on primed and prepared surface at 2 mm DFT. Now level the material using serrated trowel and roll the same with spiked nylon roller to remove slight trowel marks and entrapped air from the material etc. complete as per manufacturers specification. Make: Fosroc or equivalent.(Note: Complete procedure to be done by authorised applicator and certificate and warranty to be submitted to the accepting officer.) 24 Providing and appying 3 mm thick epoxy floor coating on existing sound surface having moisture content less than 5 %. The mixed Nitoflor EU5 should be spread to uniform 2.0 mm thickness on the prepared surface using either a squeegee or a notched trowel. The subsequent use of a spiked roller, eliminates air entrainment. Application of Nitoprimer 25-Solvent free epoxy resing based primer for concrete surface, coverage @ 5.5-6.0 Sqmt/ltr using brush or roller and allow to cure for 8-10 hrs(depending upon temperature). Mixing ofbase and hardener of Nitofloor SL 1000 - Flow applied 1 mm thickepoxy resin based floor topping using slow speed drill andpoured on primed and prepared surface at coverage - 15 m2/ Pack for 1 mm DFT. Earthing Electrode shall bemade by embedding copper bonded MS Rod electrode in 100mm dia macronite conductive concrete made by mixing high purity conductive granularmixed with cement in the ratio2:1 (2 part of high purity electriclly conductive granular and 1 part cement and one litre of water per kg of mix ). The earthing electrode shall be augured inbore hole of dia not less than 100mm and6 Mtr depth. The conductive material shall confirm to BIS: 3043-2018. The rod shall be embedded in conductive concrete at factory with concrete having resistivity 0.040 Ohm-m. The top edge of the electrode shall comprise of plate provided with 04 holes for connections of the earthing strip,including brass nut bolts for connections of the strip the copper strip shall be duly brazed/welded with connection terminal of earthing rod, including FRP square chamber cover 300mm x 300mm x 250mm with top cover complete all as specified.All the material such as copperbonded MS rod and concrete mix shall be Ph nuetral, chemicaly inert and non corrosive complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.i) The contractor shall submit type test report issued by the CPRI for high purity, electrically conductive earthings , confirms to rated short time withstand current20 KA per sec. ii) The factory made electrode shall be tested at factory and test report shall be submitted.iii) Factory testing of individual earthing shall be carried out in presence of rep of accepting officer and report shall be submitted.iv) The contractor shall obtain make approval for high purity electrically conductive granular duly by submitting certificates conforming to resistivity is 0.001 ohms by granular manufacturer.v) On installation of earthings at site, 04 to 05 Nos earthings shall be connected in grid to achieve less then 1 ohm resistance of grid, If desired resistance is not achived the contractor shall redo the same without any extra cost. vi) The contractor shall submit certificate issued by OEM of earthing electrode starting that The desired maintenance free earthing resistance less than 1 ohm.
