Tender For Provision Of New Bore well At 8Wg => Limited; 1 Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.50 metre wide and not exceeding 1.50 metre in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, pipe line etc. not exceeding 10 Sq.m on plan and getting out complete, all as specified. 2 Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers notexceeding 25cm thick complete, all as specified. 3 Removal of excavated surplus spoil to a distance n. exc. 50m and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete, all as specified. 4 NOTE FOR SERIAL ITEM 1 TO 3 : Excavation & earth work will be carried out by contractor manually and very carefully without endangering existing underground cables, pipe lines and adjoining structures, if any. In case any damage is caused, the same shall be made good by the contractor without any extra cost to the Govt. 5 M&L for Clean dry sand ( locally available) as cushioning for under ground cable 230 mm thick (one layer of 80 mm thickness before laying the cable and other layer of 150 mm thickness after laying the cable) complete all as specified and directed.NOTE:- Punned down thickness (over all 180 mm) shall be considered for measurement and payment. 6 M&L for PCC type C-2 (1:3:6), type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregates as in foundation/ platform complete all as specified and directed. 7 M&L for Brick work using bricks as specified in PS clause 5, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6.00 metre mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified and directed. 8 M&L for ,Mild steel work as in joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) quality confirming to grade Fe-290-Gde E-165, embedded in PCC column/ Bricks including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer on exposed surfaces and two coats of red oxide zinc chrome primer on surfaces embedded in concrete complete all as specified and directed. 9 M&L for Rendering 15 mm thickon fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and fairon walls in cement mortar (1:4)complete all as specified and directed. 10 M&L for Three coats of white wash on new plastered wall surfaces, including preparation of surfaces, complete all as specified and directed. 11 Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, type 1, flat, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed. 12 Boring holes under roads, paths, hardstanding, pavements, runway, taxi trackof any desciption by trenchless technology using ultrasound technique or by maual bring method of hole technique for passing pipe lines (any description)of 80 to 200 mm bore pipe and including HDPE pipe of suitable size as required for 0.4 Mpa working pressure complete. 13 Drilling trial bore (bore hole size 250 mm) for new bore well with reverse rotary combination rig plant equipment through any kind of soil/rock strata,upto 250 metre depth from ground level, including submisssion of graphically recorded strata details and disposal of retrieved material to a distance not exceeding 50 metre, complete. (For 02 borewells) 14 Expanding trial bore (bore hole size 675 mm) for new bore well with reverse rotary combination rig plant equipment through any kind of soil/rock strata,upto 80 metre depth from ground level, including submisssion of graphically recorded strata details and disposal of retrieved material to a distance not exceeding 50 metre, complete. (For 02 borewells) 15 Mild steel ERW screwed and socketed casing pipe having wall thickness not less than 8mm, ISI marked (IS-4270), in random length upto6 metreincluding necessary fittings and jointing duly painted with a coat of bituminous paint on external surface of pipe, assembling & lowering into bore holes, complete of size: - 16 250 mm bore,lowering to approx depth of 80 metre to 250 metre from ground level. 17 300 mm bore, lowering to approx depth of 80 metre from ground level. 18 Low carbon mild steel slotted(slot size 0.793-1.587 mm) screwed and socketed pipe 250 mm bore having wall thickness not less than 8mm,ISI marked (IS:8110), in random length upto6 metreincluding necessary fittings and jointing duly painted with a coat of bituminous paint on external surface of pipe, assembling & lowering into bore holes to approx depth of 80 metre to 250 metre from ground level,completeNOTE: Slot size can be varied depending upon the available strata. 19 Electro logging in pilot bore for precise delineation of granular zone as also the quality of ground water including report interpretation complete.NOTE:- Electric logging shall be carried out by any approved Govt agency. 20 8 mm thick Mild steel bail plug 250 mm dia with heavy duty iron hook screwed and welded to casing pipe, complete. 21 Well cap suitable for 300mm bore pipe having internal and external threading with rings,ribs and welded iron handle suitable for casing pipe, complete. 22 Housing clamp 600 mm long, 200 mm wide, made out of 12mm thick MS plate (Set of two Nos) suitable for 100mm dia GI column pipe including nuts bolts complete. 23 Packing, pea gravel of size 2-5mm around casing pipe and slotted pipes in the bore, complete. 24 Development of tube well by means of over pumping high velocity with 600 PSI air compressure all as specified in IS: 8110-2000, complete. 25 Development of tube well by means of over pumping for subsequent hour unit clear discharge as per 9.3 of IS 2800 (Part-I) 2009complete.(For two borewell, 8 hour each)NOTE:- Over pumping will be carried out by pumping the well at higher capacity not less 25% the yield of well. 26 Supply and fix chain pully block of capacity 3 ton and lifting height 6 mtr with extra 5mtr chain complete all as specified and directed. 27 Galvanised iron 100 mm bore heavy duty, flanged, ISI marked,pipe in 3 metre pieces jointing and lowering into borewell as column pipe with &including suitable size rubber gaskets, nuts, bolts and washers complete all as specified.NOTE: Flanges having thickness not less than 11 mm shall be welded to GI pipe to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. 28 Fabricationof strata sample box, made out of20 mm thick veneered particle board and partition with 12 mm thick ply wood with 25 x 25 x 2 mm thick aluminium angle bearer, overall length 1200 x 750 mm with 10 partitions of size 150 mm x 150 mm x 100 mm deep with front glass sheet sliding type cover with aluminium frame all round, 2 Nos key hole plate of size40 mm x 25 mm x 3 mm, complete all as specified and shown on drawing.
