Tender For Repair/Maintenance Of Sewage Pump/ Panels And Allied Works Under Ge Chennai; 1 Labour only for lifting and taking out the sewage submersible pump set and motor ofcapacity 20 to 25 HP including column pipe bydismantling nut bolt washers and rubber packing etc including disconnecting of submersible cable complete from the sewage sump /welland loweringback the pump after repairing /removing the sludge from the pump including making electrical connection with the existing panel /starterand connecting the complete the column pipe assembly with nut bolts, washers/ packing to the existing header without any leakage complete all as directed. Note :- Rate are deemed to be inclusive for jointing of Submersible Cable , reconnecting the delivery pipe line of submersible pump sets , testing for satisfactory running. 2 All as per item No. 1 described here in beforebutof capacity 10 HP to 15 HP complete all as specified and as directed . 3 All as per item No. 1 described here in beforebutof capacity 2 HP to 7.5 HP complete all as specified and as directed . 4 M&L for rewinding of Submersible non clog sewage motor by taking out burnt copper winding, cleaning the casing & slots with wire brush & washing with pressure water & shall be dried , rewinding the motor using required gauge of super enameled copper winding wire, varnishing and stamping and overhauling etc. Making the winding leak proof & taking out the electric connection with suitable size of submersible cable up to 03 Meter, Capacity of motor25 HP complete all as specified and as directed .Note: Quoted rates are inclusive of removing and refixing of motor 5 All as per Item No 4 but 12.5 HP Capacity 6 All as per Item No 4 but 10 HP Capacity 7 All as per Item No 4 but7.5 HP Capacity 8 All as per Item No 4 but5 HP Capacity 9 All as per Item No 4 but2 HP Capacity 10 M&L for repairing and testing of pump centrifugal/non clogging upto 25 HP of any make and type including welding work, rotor turning and balancing, re-metaling of shaft bush bearing, keys, mechanincal seal, SS shaft impeller and other such accessories etc required to make pump functional and testing on load complete all as specified and as directed .Note: Quoted rates are inclusive of removing and refixing of motor 11 All as per Item No 10 but12.5 HP Capacity 12 All as per Item No 10 but7.5 HP Capacity 13 All as per Item No 10 but 5 HP Capacity 14 M&L for rewinding of electric motor of any make of capacity 25.0HP, by dismantlingand removing the old burnt windings and rewinding for suitable gauge of enamelled copper wire and insulating with suitable class of insulation, varnishing complete includingrepairs to terminal box of motor, connecting and testing, complete all as specified and directed.Note: Quoted rates are inclusive of removing and refixing of motor 15 All as per Item No 14 but12.5 HP Capacity 16 All as per Item No 14 but7.5 HP Capacity 17 All as per Item No 14 but5.0 HP Capacity 18 Supply and fixingin replacement of flat submersible 3 core 6 sqmm cable PVC insualted unsheathed multistranded copper conductor water proof suitable for submersible pump set complete all as specified and as directed. 19 Supply and fixingin replacement of flat submersible 3 core 10 sqmm cable PVC insualted unsheathed multistranded copper conductor water proof suitable for submersible pump set complete all as specified and as directed. 20 S&F PVC insulated, multi-stranded, heavy duty cable of size 16.0 sqmm single core with copper conductor fixed on wall or passing through pipes/ in floors connecting up and testing complete all as specified and directed. 21 Taking out unserviceable GI pipe 100 mm borefrom trenches including fittings/ fixtures like bend, Tee, Union, elbow etc. complete all as specified and directed. 22 All as per item No. 21 above but 80 mm bore GI pipe. 23 All as per item No. 21 above but 50 mm bore GI pipe. 24 Supply and lay in trenches 100mm bore GI tubing medium grade with screw, socket joints with all fittings/ fixtures like bends, sockets, unions, nipples etc. including making alterations in existing/ new pipe as required complete all as specified and directed. 25 All as per item No. 24 above but 80mm dia GI tubing. 26 All as per item No. 24 above but 50mm dia GI tubing. 27 Supply and fix electronic automatic phase sequence corrector suitable for various capacity star-delta starter including taking down the existing unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed. 28 Taking down the existing unserviceable over load protector relay and replace with new overload relay, range 6 - 39 Amps complete all as specified and directed. 29 Supply and fix single phasing preventer to various HP suitable for star delta starterincluding taking down the existing unserviceable kit complete all as specified and directed. 30 Taking down the existing unserviceable contactor and replace with new contactor suitable for MK-1 starter complete all as specified and directed. 31 Taking down the existing unserviceable timer and replace with new Timer suitable for ML-1 star delta starter complete all as specified and directed. 32 Taking down the existing unserviceable No. volt coil and replace with new No volt coil suitable for ML-1 star delta starter complete all as specified and directed. 33 Supply and fix DOL starter 3 phase 440 volts with relay range upto 16 amps including taking down the existing unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed. 34 Supply and fixstar delta starter with single phase protection and relay range from 13-32 amps 3 phase 440 volts including taking down the existing unserviceable starter complete all as specified and directed. 35 Supply and fix MCB, 4 pole, 415 volts, 3 phase, 50 c/s,63 Amps capacity including taking down the existing unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed. 36 Supply and fix MCB SP 20 Amps 230 V, AC including taking down the existing unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed. 37 Supply and fix MCB SPN 40 Amps AC 240 volts including taking down the existing unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed. 38 Supply and fix gland rope ofany size after removing out old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed.
