Tender For Miscellaneous Civil Works To Arrest Rain Water Leakages In Various Shop Floors; 1 Providing and fixing 0.5mm thick precoated colour galvalume profile sheets (size,shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with AZ150 GSM as per IS14246, IS: 277, in 550 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineerin-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required & all necessary fixing accessories. 2 Providing and fixing precoated galvanised steel sheet roofing accessories 0.50 mm (+0.05 %) total coated thickness, Zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns using self drilling/ self tapping screws complete: Flashings/ Aprons.( Upto 600 mm) 3 Providing & fixing 2mm polypropylene / polycarbonate transparent sheets on roof/side cladding. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55mm) with EPDM seal complete and profile of polypropylene / polycarbonate shall match with profile of galvalume sheet/ Asbestos sheet. 4 Providing reinforced by organic fibres and/or inorganic synthetic fibres cement 6 mm thick corrugated sheets (as per IS: 14871) roofing up to any pitch and fixing with polymer coated J, or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia. G.I. plain and bitumen washers or with self drilling fastener and EPDM washers etc. complete (excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses), including cutting sheets to size and shape wherever required. 5 Providing and fixing ridges and hips in fibre cement reinforced by organic fibres and/or inorganic synthetic fibres roofing with suitable fixing accessories or self drilling fastener and EPDM washer etc. complete. Corrugated serrated adjustable ridges 6 Dismantling roofing including ridges, hips, valleys and gutters etc., and stacking the material within 50 metres lead of: Asbestos Cement sheet 7 Supply & fixing of SS turbo ventilators of inner dia 24 inch with poly carbonate base sheet of minimum size 5.5ft x 3.5ft (Corrugation/ profile should match with exisiting roof sheeting profile) and bearing of size 6001 ZZ. The rate includes removal/ Cutting & refixing of exisitng roof sheets. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55mm) with EPDM seal complete. Note: Party has to provide 02 years guarantee from the date of completion of work for any leakages, defects, cracks etc. on Rs 100/- bond paper and is responsible for carrying out repair work until the expiration of guarantee period. 8 Repair of cracks and various joints of the buildings at various heights.a) Dismantling R.C.C work by mechanical means and stockpilling at designated locations and disposal of dismantled materials up to a lead of 1 kilometer, stacking serviceable and unserviceable material separately including cutting reinforcement bars. Of width 20cm and depth 50 mmb) Hacking of CC flooring including cleaning for surface etc. complete as per direction of the EIC.c) Providing, mixing and applying bonding coat of approved adhesive on chipped portion of RCC as per specification and direction of EIC. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size(5.5x55mm) with EPDM seal and tools, tackles under the scope of contractor complete 10 Providing & Fixing 150mm dia PVC drain from existing rain water gutter at any height & level connecting Ground floor, surface drains including cost of scaffolding, bends, end shoe etc., as per instruction of Engineer-in-Charge. 11 Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete, as directed by Engineer-in-charge. structural steel, structural door - M.S Steel Insert plates, Angles, including caps, bases, splices etc. built-up from two or more beam or channel sections or angles with plates, including all lattice bars, stiffeners, gusset plates, kerb angles, channels and beams, etc at all levels as per drawing.Also making door with bracings, lock, hinges and all fittings The cost of providing gas cutting including gas bottles, welding machines, welding rods, all tools required etc is in the scope of contractor. 12 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade: Two or more coats on new work 13 Supply of skilled labours for removal of existing turbo ventilators etc., including tools & tackles required for the work with necessary safety requirements and handover the materials to the civil store with lead distance of 500m.
