| 9 | Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in floor in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. The tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only . Laying of tiles will be done with the notch trowel, plier, wedge, clips of required thickness, leveling system and rubber mallet for placing the tiles gently and easily. a) Glazed Vitrified tiles Matt/Anti Skid finish of sizei) Size of Tile 600 x 600 mm as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts. |
| 10 | Providing & fixing in position Phenol bonded Bamboo Wood flooring with planks of sizes 14mm thick, minimum 1800mm length and minimum 100 mm wide, in approved colour, texture and finish, having Performance Appraisal Certificate (PAC) issued by Building Materials & Technology Promotion Council (BMTPC). The flooring shall be fixed with tongue and groove interlocking system, with underlayment of 4mm thick expanded polyethylene foam sheets having density 40kg/cum, over prepared surface with necessary quarter round planks of size 1900 mm x 18mm and door reducer of size 1900 mm x 44mm, wherever required. The bamboo wood planks shall have minimum density of 1000 Kg/cum & minimum Hardness 1000 Kgf. with Eco friendly UV coating, all complete as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts. |
| 11 | Designing, Supply, fabrication and erection of double story (G+1) Turnkey Bamboo Pavilion project with shop cabins on ground level and cafeteria or restaurant at first floor, with a minimum height above ground level of 8.00 m at ridge. The Pavillion shall consist of bamboo columns, designer bamboo roof with bamboo strip (min 5mm thick) shingle along with good quality water proofing treatment for roofing as per the approved design. The first floor space to be covered with bamboo-wood-glass wall panels. All the connections for the making of designer bamboo shed as per the approved design, shall be preferably with bamboo or nut and bolts. The bamboo pavilion shall be painted with two or more coats of varnish of approved brand and manufacture, complete in all respect from inside and with waterproof distemper paint (UV resistant) from outside. The rate shall be inclusive of necessary weather proof paint or varnish, civil work, transport, loading, unloading and erection charges etc. All the bamboo used for the construction will be treated bamboo against attack of termites and borers as per IS 9096:2006. The overall warranty for the structure will be 5 year and routine maintenance of 03 year shall be in the scope of the contractor. The charges are inclusive of all the taxes including GST, labor, transport and commissioning etc. all complete as per the direction of engineer-in-charge.Note: The payment shall be made on the basis of measurement of plan area at ground floor (no separate measurement of first floor shall be taken).ii. The item also includes the submission of stability reports duly examined and issued by any NIT/IIT. The scope includes the concept design, detailed design, fabrication of sections, transportation, installation and all required fixing arrangement at site as described above as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts. |
