| 2 | Providing & Jointing G.I Tape(One G.I tape to another G.I Tape and the base of the final ) by riveting/nut bolting or Soldering, as required for all down conductors at various levels and heights as per site conditions and The Joints shall be mechanically strong and corrosion-resistant and inclusive of all accessoriesas directed by the EIC. |
| 3 | Providing and fixing G.I tape 25mmX3mm thick on parapet wall for lighting conductor complete as required for horizontal run including supply and installation of UV-resistant DMC-type non-conductive spacers at regular intervals of 600 mm for each run of GI tape as per site conditions. The spacers shall be of UV resistant DMC type nonconductive and waterproofing for outdoor installation, all as directed by EIC. |
| 4 | Providing and fixing G.I tape 25mmX3mm thick on parapet wall for lighting conductor complete as required for Vertical run including supply and installation of UV-resistant DMC-type non-conductive spacers at regular intervals of 600 mm for each run GI pipe as per site conditions. The spacers shall be of UV resistant DMC type nonconductive and waterproofing for outdoor installation, all as directed by EIC. |
| 5 | Providing and fixing testing joints made of 25 mm / 32 mm × 3 mm thick G.I. strip, connected to 32 mm × 3 mm G.I. conductors - 150 mm long, complete with 4 Nos. of G.I. bolts, nuts, check nuts, and spring washers, and enclosed in a fabricated FRP junction box of size 200 mm × 175 mm × 100 mm with cover plate. The enclosure shall have minimum IP65 protection, and the work shall be completed in all respects as per standard practice and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge |
| 6 | Providing and laying G.I. tape of size 32 mm × 6 mm from the test link to the earth electrode at a depth of 0.50 meter below ground level, to be used as a strip-type earth conductor. The tape shall be enclosed in a suitable protective UPVC Worn pipe of brand Supreme or Astral to prevent corrosion. The work includes connection and termination using G.I. nuts, bolts, spring washers, etc., as required, along with necessary excavation, laying, and backfilling all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge - EIC. |
| 7 | Supply and installation of G.I. pipe earth station as per IS 3043, comprising a 4.5-meter-long, 40 mm diameter Class C G.I. pipe, G.I. watering funnel, termination accessories, charcoal, salt, and carrying out earthwork excavation in all types of soil- including soft soil, hard soil, and rock. The work shall also include 200 mm Dia bore hole of specified size, constructing a masonry chamber with a FRP Frame plate(Which will be paid under relevant items) & can have a proper locking arrangement, and completing all works as per site conditions and instructions of the Engineer-in-Charge.Quoted rates shall be inclusive of following:1.Earth pit chamber internal clear size shall be 300X300X450mm and Wall thickness 230mm2.The Earth rod funnel shall be suitable for earth rod.3.Earth pit chamber top shall be 150mm above from the ground level.4.The total internal clear depth of the chamber shall be 450mm.5.The earth resistance value shall be written on the cover with black base with yellow paint.6.Internal & External plastering shall be carried out using ready mix cement plaster of M/s Ultratech and M/s wall Plast with a floating coat of neat cement7.100mm Thick PCC -1:3:6 - bedding for earth pit chamber.8.Top frame of the cover shall be fixed using 100mm thick 1:2:3 cement concrete. |

The frame and cover shall be fixed using 1:2:4 cement concrete, finished with a floating coat of neat cement for a smooth surface |
