Airport, Bhubaneswar.-1 Internal & External Electrical work 1.1 Supply of 9.0mtrs height octagonal Hot Dip GI street light pole along with 01 mtrs long single arm bracket with end nipple to suitable for mounting one no LED light fixture with GI base plate of 250x250x16mm thick 4 Nos of Foundation J Bolt- M24X750 mm. The pole shall be provided with flush door at the bottom with proper strengthening to the cut out of the door opening. pole should have provision to in build connection of 3 phase 4 way connector/ terminal Block and SP MCB bottom etc. Complete as per tender specification, site condition and as directed by Engg In Charge. 2 Supply of 7.0 mtrs height octagonal Hot Dip GI street light pole along with 01 mtrs long single arm bracket with end nipple to suitable for mounting one no LED light fixture with GI base plate of 200x200x12mm thick & 4 Nos of Foundation J Bolt- M20X600 mm. The pole shall be provided with flush door at the bottom with proper strengthening to the cut out of the door opening. pole should have provision to in build connection of 3 phase 4 way connector/ terminal Block and SP MCB at bottom etc. Complete as per tender specification, site condition and as directed by Engg In Charge. 3 Supplying of 3 Meter height Aesthetically designed decorative hot dipped galvanised mild steel step pole with PU painted suitable for vertical mounting Circular LED post-top (Details of LED light fitting is mentioned in BOQ Item-11), Mounting: Mount with four numbers anchor bolts on foundation Base Plate: Size: 200x200mm, Thickness of baseplate of minimum 8-10mm etc. as per tender specification & attached drawing, site condition as directed by Engg In Charge. 4 Erection of G.I. octagonal Pole height of 9mtr. (Details mentioned in BOQ item-01) with suitable RCC foundation (Foundation designed for wind speed 50m/s) including excavation, refilling, suitable dia HDPE pipe for cable entry/exit, Suitable SP MCB, 4-way stud connectors, and 3C x 1.5 Sq.mm FRLS copper cable from MCB to luminaire, complete as required and as directed by Engineerin- Charge. 1 2 5 Erection of G.I. octagonal Pole height of 7mtr. (Details mentioned in BOQ item-02) with suitable RCC foundation (Foundation designed for wind speed 50m/s) including excavation, refilling, suitable dia. HDPE pipe for cable entry/exit, suitable SP MCB, 4-way stud connectors, and 3C x 1.5 Sq.mm FRLS copper cable from MCB to luminaire, complete as per site required and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 6 Erection of . decorative sluice Pole height of 03 mtr. (Pole details mentioned in BOQ item-03) with suitable cement concrete foundation (Foundation designed for wind speed 50m/s) including excavation, refilling, suitable Dia HDPE pipe for cable entry/exit, suitable SP MCB, 4-way stud connectors, and 3C x 1.5 Sq.mm FRLS copper cable from MCB to luminaire, complete as per site required. All works shall be carried out as per tender specification, site condition and as directed by Engg in Charge. 7 Supply of 120watt LED type highbay light luminaire including driver with single piece die cast aluminium housing including driver, IP 66 of minimum system efficacy of 120lumens/watt, CCT of 5665±355K, suitable to operate 230v, 50Hz single phase AC supply along with accessories etc complete as required as required, as per tender specification, site condition and as directed by Engg In Charge. 8 Supply of 90watt LED type street light luminaire including driver with single piece die cast aluminium housing including driver, IP 66 of minimum system efficacy of 120lumens/watt, CCT of 5665±355K, suitable to operate 230v, 50Hz single phase AC supply along with accessories etc complete as required as required, as per tender specification, site condition and as directed by Engg In Charge. 9 Supply of 60watt LED type street light luminaire including driver with single piece die cast aluminium housing including driver , IP 66 of minimum system efficacy of 120 lumens/watt ,CCT of 5665±355K, suitable to operate 230v, 50Hz single phase AC supply along with accessories etc complete as required as required, as per tender specification, site condition and as directed by Engg In Charge. 10 Supply of 45watt LED type street light luminaire including driver with single piece die cast aluminium housing including driver, IP 65 of minimum system efficacy of 120lumens/watt , CCT of 5665±355K, suitable to operate 230v, 50Hz single phase AC supply along with accessories etc complete as required, as per tender specification, site condition and as directed by Engg In Charge. 11 Supply of 45watt Decorative LED Round Post Top Lantern light luminaire including driver with single piece pressure die cast aluminium housing including driver, IP 66, dia of minimum 400MM , minimum system efficacy of 70 lumens/watt, suitable to operate 230v, 50Hz single phase AC supply along with accessories and CCR as per E.I.C etc. complete as required, as per tender specification , as per drawing attached, site condition and as directed by Engg In Charge. 12 Supply of Minimum 20W LED tube light including driver Surface /Pendent Mounting suitable for 230 V, single phase AC supply as per tender specification, site condition and as directed by Engg In Charge. 1 2 13 Supply of 12watt LED type Round Recess light luminaire including driver with single piece die cast aluminium housing including driver, IP 20 of minimum 100lumens/watt output, CCT 5665±355K, suitable to operate 230v, 50Hz single phase AC supply along with accessories etc. complete as required, as per tender specification, site condition and as directed by Engg In Charge. 14 Supply of adjustable 9watt LED type Down light luminaire including driver with single piece die cast aluminium housing including driver, IP 20 of minimum 100lumens/watt output, CCT 5665±355Kon the suitable to operate 230v, 50Hz single phase AC supply along with accessories etc. complete as required, as per tender specification, site condition and as directed by Engg In Charge. 15 Installation, Testing and Commissioning of all LED type lights up to 150W LED light fixtures on double height ceiling of indoor/ out door /Canopy/ street lights with suitable size clamp, suitable size and length and connecting wiring etc. complete as required as per tender specification, site condition and as directed by Engg In Charge. 16 Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required as per tender specification, site condition directed by Engg In Charge. 17 Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ground as required, as per tender specification, site condition and as directed Engg In Charge. 18 Providing and fixing 25 mm x 5 mm G.I. strip in minimum 40 mm dia G.I pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling / on surface or recess for connections etc as required, as per tender specification, site condition and as directed Engg In Charge. 19 Providing and fixing 25 mm x 5 mm G.I. strip on surface for connections form earth electrode etc as required, as per tender specification, site condition and as directed by Engg In Charge. 20 Supply of following XLPE insulated & PVC sheathed 1.1 KV grade, aluminium conductor, armoured power cable conforming to IS:7098, PART-1/1988 upto date amendments as required, as per tender specification, site condition and as directed by Engg In Charge. 20.1 3½C x 95 Sq. mm 20.2 4C x 25 Sq. mm 20.3 4C X 16 Sq.mm 21 Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL/HDPE /DWC HDPE pipe as required as per tender specification, site condition and as directed by Engg In Charge. 21.1 Upto 35 sqmm 21.2 Above 35 sq. mm and upto 95 sq. mm 1 2 22 Supplying and making end termination with double compression brass cable gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed I XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 kV grade as required as per tender specification, site condition and as directed by Engg In Charge. 22.1 3½C x 95 Sq. mm 22.2 4C x 25 Sq. mm 22.3 4C X 16 Sq.mm 23 Supply and laying of following size HDPE pipe conforming to IS at a depth of 0.6 Mtr along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS with upto date amendments ,direct in ground/ bitumin road/ hard rock area including excavation and making good surface as per tender specification, site condition and as directed by Engg In Charge. 23.1 Nominal 63 mm dia, PN 10, PE 100 23.2 Nominal 90 mm dia , PN 10,PE 100 24 Supplying and fixing following piano type switch/ socket on the existing switch box/ cover including connections etc. as required, as per tender specification, site condition and as directed by Engg In Charge. 24.1 5/6amp switch 24.2 15/16 amp switch 24.3 6 pin 15/16 amp socket outlet 25 Supply of ceiling fan of 1200 mm sweep, single phase induction motor, five star rated with double ball bearing, blades , capacitor, canopy, suitable down rod, and other accessories suitable for single phase 230 V 50 HZ, AC supply with two year guarantee / warranty, as required, as per tender specification, site condition and as directed by Engg In Charge. 26 Supply of 300 mm sweep, 1350 rpm domestic Metallic exhaust fan, air delivery of 900m3/h and operating voltage of 230 V 50 HZ, AC supply complete with motor, capacitor I/C louvers/ shutters complete with frame etc .with two year guarantee / warranty as required. 27 Excavation of the trench in hard rock not exceeding 1.5 mtr in width, and lift upto 1.5mtr, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50mtrs as required as per tender specification, site condition and as directed by Engg In Charge. 28 Supply, Erection, Installation, Testing and commissioning of FRP INDUCED DRAFT COOLING TOWERS for air conditioning system. Tower shall be complete with basin, casing, distribution system, PVC Honey comb fill, louvers, HDG supporters, drift eliminator complete with spray nozzle having self rotating sprinklers, SS nut bolts, GI ladder from ground for maintenance purpose, Propeller Type Fan, weather proof IP 55 and Direct driven as required and other accessories to make it fully operational and maintenance. Efficiency of Motor. Motors shall be suitable for 415±10% volt, 50 cycles 3 phase power supply, SITC of suitable stator panel(indoor type) including supply & laying of suitable rating of three phase armour cable for power supply to cooling tower(from stater panel to cooling tower). Tower for air-conditioning system shall be selected on the basis of water temperature 97-90° F, ambient wet bulb 83° F and nominal capacity as follows : complete with all accessories and fittings i.e. vibration isolation arrangement, makeup valve, overflow, quick fill and drain valves and connection all complete as per specification and site condition for existing HVAC system As per tender specification, site condition and as directed by Engg In Charge. Cooling tower of 450TR suitable for 390 TR Screw chillers suitable for flow rate of 1477 USGPM, inlet temperature of 97.5 deg F and outlet temperature of 90 deg F having heat rejection capacity minimum 20 % extra against 390 TR chiller. (Colour of cooling tower shall be as per AAI approval.) Note: Range shall be 4.2 to 6 deg C and wet bulb approach shall be 2.77 to 4.57 deg C i) The cooling tower shall be of special design to suit the site conditions. 29 Supplying, fixing, testing and commissioning of condenser water pipes of following sizes of MS ‘C’ class along with necessary clamps, vibration isolators and fittings such as bends, tees, elbows, tees, reducers, bends, MS flanges etc. but excluding valves, strainers, gauges etc. adequately supported on RCC rigid supports duly painted/buried in ground excavation and refilling etc. as per specification and as required complete in all respect. Note:-The Pipes size 150 mm & below shall be M.S. ‘C’ class as per IS : 1239 and pipes size above 150 mm shall be welded black steel pipe heavy class as per IS: 3589, from minimum 6.35 mm thick M.S. Sheet for pipes upto 350 mm dia. and from minimum 7mm thick MS sheet for pipes of 400 mm dia and above. 29.1 100 mm dia 29.2 250 mm dia 29.3 400 mm dia 30 Supplying, fixing, testing and commissioning of following sizes Butter fly Valve (Manual) with CI Body, SS Disc, Nitrile rubber seal & O - ring and minimum PN-16 pressure rating suitable for condenser water pipe line, nut bolts, gasket as required, as per tender specification, site condition and as directed by Engg In Charge. 30.1 100 mm dia with minimum PN-16 pressure rating 30.2 250 mm dia with minimum PN-16 pressure rating 31 Supplying, fixing, testing & commissioning of double flanged sluice valve of rating PN 16 with non rising spindle, bronze/gun metal seat, ISI marked complete with nuts, bolts, washers, gaskets and conforming to IS 780 of following sizes as required, as per tender specification, site condition and as directed by Engg In Charge. Size: - 400 mm dia with minimum PN-16 pressure rating. 32 Supply and fixing of 50mm thick box type 10micron Pre-Air filter for AHU with aluminium framed and Rod Support for existing AHUs installed at T1 terminal buildings as required, as per tender specification, site condition and as directed by Engg In Charge. 33 Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of modular type Variable Refrigerant Flow/Variable Refrigerant Volume air cooled Outdoor units suitable for cooling only, having all hermetically sealed inverter type Scroll Compressor to enhance energy efficiency during actual operation (low load ), R 410A/R32 Refrigerant, vibration isolators, with suitable foundation etc. with refrigerant-cooled PCB within IP55 sealed electrical box for better performance & prevent ingress of debris complete as required. The unit shall deliver the rated capacity at AHRI Conditions without tripping. The unit shall be suitable to work on 380-415 V, 3 Phase, 50Hz AC power supply. The unit shall be filled with first charge of the refrigerant and ready for use as required. MS/GI powder coated stand with vibration isolation pads. The ODU shall have low noise condenser fans and complete indoor and outdoor units with individual controller wiring and with fittings etc. as required as per site condition and as per direction of E.I.C. Note: These outdoor should be compactable for existing DAIKIN make VRF indoor units. 33.1 Out Door Unit Rating of 08 HP 33.2 Out Door Unit Rating of 16 HP 33.3 Out Door Unit Rating of 18 HP 34 Supplying, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Air Cooled Cassette type inverter Air conditioners complete with Indoor unit(IDU), Out door unit (ODU), R-32/R410A Green Refrigerant, wireless Remote, inbuilt drain pump, suitable for 230/415V +10%, 50 Hz ,1 /3 phase AC supply, including surface / concealed copper Refrigerant piping with insulation (closed cell elastomeric nitrile rubber tubular pipe section) upto 5.5 Mtr (IDU to ODU), copper power and control cable upto 5.5 Mtr (IDU to ODU) including drain pipe, the system shall be capable of performing cooling, dehumidification, Air circulation, filtration& ventilation of following capacity with Scroll/rotary compressor with min 3year Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) warranty both compressor and Printed Circuit Board (PCB) as specified. The system shall be able to deliver 100% of the rated capacity as per relevant IS Code. The lab testing reports as per standards shall be submitted with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) etc. Inverter Type- Air conditioner as required, as per tender specification and as directed by Engg In Charge.( As per attached drawing) Size : - 3.0 TR with 5 Star BEE Rating. 35 Designing and construction of suitable RCC foundation suitable for erection of cooling tower capacity upto 450TR (Details of Cooling Tower is mentioned in BOQ Item-28) including excavation and refilling etc. as required & site condition . Designing of this cooling tower foundation structure drawings regarding resistance to wind speed of 180Km/Hr is to be recommended by OEM and duly vetted by IITS/NIT/State engineering college, as required, as per tender specification and as directed by Engg In Charge.
