4Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in:Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)
5Providing and laying damp-proof course 40 mm thick with cementconcrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from naturalsources : 4 graded stone aggregate 12.5 mm nominal size derived fromnatural sources)
640 mm thick fine dressed stone flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:5(1 cement : 5 coarse sand), including pointing with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 stone dust)with an admixture of pigment to match the shade of stone. Red sand stone
7Stone work (machine cut edges) for wall lining etc. (veneer work) upto 10 metre height, backingfilled with a grout of average 12 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) includingpointing in white cement mortar 1:2 (1 white cement : 2 stone dust) with an admixture of pigmentmatching the stone shade : (To be secured to the backing and the sides by means of cramps andpins which shall be paid for separately) : Red sand stone - exposed face fine dressed with roughbacking. : 30 mm thick
8Hirring Beldar for desilting of drainpipe to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
9Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.
10Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new workTwo or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture
11Filling of grooves on Red sand stone work in boundary wall and stairs with white cement and marble dust (1:3) with pigment of required shades as per Engineer in charge.
12Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, for all lift, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.All kinds of soil.
13Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified gradeexcluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinthlevel : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominalsize derived from natural sources)
14Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removalof form work for : Retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness)including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets, kerbs and steps etc.
15Chequerred precast cement concrete tiles 22 mm thick in footpath & courtyard, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles, including rubbing and cleaning etc. complete, on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand ) Medium shade pigment using 50% white cement 50% Grey cement
16Providing and fixing expandable fasteners of specified size withnecessary plastic sleeves and galvanised M.S. screws including drillingholes in masonry work /CC/ R.C.C. and making good etc. complete.50 mm long
17Pointing on stone work with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) : Raised and cut pointing
18Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved byEngineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.
