Bids Are Invited For Custom Bid For Services - Professional Painting Service; 1 PU Painting-Pipeline & Structure Supply and application of approved make two coats of Polyurethane Paint over two coats of High Build Epoxy on all above ground pipeline, piping and support structures. The job includes surface preparation, application of paint coats on all pipeline fittings like bends, blind and flanges etc. All the jobs are to be carried out as per scope of job, terms & conditions and technical specification complete. Payment shall be made on the basis of area of the pipeline (i.e. running meter of the pipeline painted x perimeter of the pipe line painted, measured only once). 2 PU Painting of Valves, Size: 1 inch Field painting of valves of size 1 inch as per scope of job, terms & conditions and technical specification complete. 3 PU Painting of Valves, Size: 2 inch Field painting of valves of size 2 inch as per scope of job, terms & conditions and technical specification complete. 4 PU Painting of Valves, Size: 3 inch Field painting of valves of size 3 inch as per scope of job, terms & conditions and technical specification complete. 5 PU Painting of Valves, Size: 4 inch Field painting of valves of size 4 inch as per scope of job, terms & conditions and technical specification complete. 6 PU Painting of Valves, Size: 6 inch Field painting of valves of size 6 inch as per scope of job, terms & conditions and technical specification complete. 7 PU Painting of Valves, Size: 10 inch Field painting of valves of size 10 inch as per scope of job, terms & conditions and technical specification complete. 8 PU Painting of Valves, Size: 12 inch Field painting of valves of size 10 inch as per scope of job, terms & conditions and technical specification complete. 9 PU Painting of Valves, Size: 14 inch Field painting of valves of size 14 inch as per scope of job, terms & conditions and technical specification complete. 10 PU Painting of Valves, Size: 16 inch Field painting of valves of size 16 inch as per scope of job, terms & conditions and technical specification complete. 11 PU Painting of Valves, Size: 18 inch Field painting of valves of size 18 inch as per scope of job, terms & conditions and technical specification complete. 12 PU Painting of TSV, Size: 1 inch Field painting of TSV of size 1 inch as per scope of job, terms & conditions and technical specification complete. 13 Structure Painting:- Job includes applying one coat of 100 micron of surface tolerant high build epoxy primer of Two pack surface tolerant epoxy primer and two coats of aliphatic amine cured high solids high build coating 200 microns and two coats of acrylic polyurethane enamel finish paint DFT 40 each has to be applied at the end of first two coats (Total of 380 microns). (i.e., Minimum total DFT excluding primer is 200 micron). The surface preparation to be approved by Engineer In-charge prior to the commencement of primer. Surface should be cleaned manually and it should be free of all scales, rust, grease, oil coating, moisture and other matter. Heavy deposits of grease and oily material if any shall be removed by a suitable solvent wash before painting. Only spray painting is allowed and if not possible at some point, manually brush painting can be done. Payments shall be done based on the length covered and finish of gratings.
