Bids Are Invited For Custom Bid For Services - Professional Painting Service; 1 PU Painting-Pipeline & Structure Supply and application of approved make two coats of Polyurethane Paint over two coats of High Build Epoxy on all above ground pipeline, piping and support structures. The job includes surface preparation, application of paint coats on all pipeline fittings like bends, blind and flanges etc. All the jobs are to be carried out as per scope of job, terms & conditions and technical specification complete. (i.e., Minimum total DFT excluding primer is 200 micron). The surface preparation to be approved by Engineer In-charge prior to the commencement of primer. Surface should be cleaned manually and it should be free of all scales, rust, grease, oil coating, moisture and other matter. Heavy deposits of grease and oily material if any shall be removed by a suitable solvent wash before painting. Only spray painting is allowed and if not possible at some point, manually brush painting can be done. Payments shall be done based on the length covered and finish of gratings.
