    Bids Are Invited For Repair And Overhauling Service - Service And Maintenance Of M/S Areva Make Vcb Type: 6.6Kv, 630 Amp. Hwx; Cleaning of breakers thoroughly. Checking of auxiliary supply and control voltage. Physical checking of breaker & epoxy housing Checking of fixed and moving contacts Checking of close and trip coil Lubricating the breaker Physical verification of any wear & tear in the breaker and rectification on requirement. Checking of control wiring and rectification of the same in the breaker. Checking and maintenance of power contact gaps as per design. Main rotating shaft and its associated linkage functioning and freeness and lubrication checks. Spring charging and closing mechanism functioning and factory setting checks. Tripping mechanism functioning checks. Operating mechanism of auxiliary switch and its contact changeover checks. Checking of Rack in /Rack out function of CB. Carbon brushes freeness of spring charging motor checks. Functional checking of manually and electrically after servicing / installation of breakers. Inspection of condition of Vacuum Interrupter contact. Internal mechanism cleaning, tightness and adjustment. Measurement of contact resistance by CRM Kit. Measurement of Insulation Resistance value with 5 KV Meggar. HV Test in open & close condition with HV Kit. Opening and closing timing test for all three poles. Submitting the VCB servicing & overhauling reports. All consumable required for servicing of the breaker are included in scope of work. Spare parts required for replacement of damage component will be provided by NPCIL. Testing kit including CRM Kit, 5kV Megger, Timing measuring kit and HV testing kit will be provided by NPCIL for testing
