M&L for preparation of black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud, existing layer of thermoplast paint etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags or compressor pressure air jet to remove all loose dirt etc, and apply evenly a priming/tack coat using paving bitiminous primer (VG-10 grade) @ 2.5Kg per 10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Scarifying mechanically by miller machine or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exc 400 sqm, not exc. 50mm deep and removing the same to a distance not exc. 50m and stacking complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Providing and consolidating 40mm thick premix Dense Asphaltic Concrete (DAC- II) using min 5.6% Elastomeric PMB 64-10 binder by weight of total mix aggregate gradation as per Bituminous Concrete Grading 2 of Table 500-17 of MORTH specification for road and bridge works 2013, using mechanical paver rolled with 8 to 12 tonne power roller & compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing new existing painted concrete/ bituminous surfaces (road, runway, dispersal, taxi track) and painting lines, dashes, letter etc exceeding 10cm wide with applying two coats of water based paint including one coat of primer, road marking materials/paints upto a uniform finished surface etc all as per MORTH Specifications, white or golden yellow with using road painting/marking machine complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for removing old paint by paint removers or burning off by blow lamps and cleaning with scrapers and number of coats, any width or girth and preparation of previously untreated steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described exc. 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved / standard design pattern and shades of Wind sock post or similar structures over a coat of red oxide / Zinc chrome primer to give an even and smooth surface having no sign of brush marks complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing new/ old painted bituminous/concrete/ plastered/ stone surfaces of any description not otherwise described for not exc 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of water based paint of approved/standard design pattern and shades (golden yellow, black, white, fiery orange etc) over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.
