If damaged/broken the any type of tiles while removing, the contractor shall replace the broken tiles with new one.2. Note - Earth work and PCC work to be measured in respective items here- in- before. 33 Item No 32 : Supply, installation, connection, testing and commissioningof 11KV Extensible Outdoor duty (IP 55 enclosure)4-way motor operated Ring Main Unit comprising of SF6 gas insulated 630 Amps Load Break Switchas incomer and 3 Nos Vacuum Circuit Breaker as each outgoing , cable termination from the front, breaking capacity 21KA/3 sec (Internal Arc Classification AFLR 21kA-1sec with Bottom Exhaust both for tank and cable box as per IEC 62271-200), enclosed in insulated welded stainless steel tank having IP67 Degree of Protection, leak rate of SF6 gas less than 0.1% and tested as per IEC 60056/60694/60298. Protection CTs shall be ring core type, complete all as specified and directed. The outer enclosure shall have IP 55 protection, it should be Top Opening Canopy type, Indoor RMU placed inside Outdoor Enclosure should not be acceptable. Both the Load break switch and Breaker should have line side earth switch. The earthing busbar shall be provided inside each cable compartment for solid earthing of cable shields. (ii) All live parts, bus bars, shall preferably be enclosed in non- magnetic and non-ferrite grade stainless steel tank Grade SS441 of minimum 2 mm thickness. The RMU shall be type tested for internal arc test of 21KA/1 sec AFLR with Bottom Exhaust for Safety of Personnel for both Tank as well as Cable Compartment as per IEC62271- 200. The outer enclosure shall have IP 55 protection for complete switchgears, however it should be Top Opening Canopy & Indoor RMU placed inside Outdoor Enclosure should not be acceptable. The protection relay shall be for 3 O/C + 1E/F (IDMT Type) Self powered numerical protection relay with low and high set of over current and earth fault . (iii) Internal Arc Classification should be with Bottom exhaust only. RMUs should be manufactured, inspected, and invoiced from the OEM factory. 1 set of surge arrester fix in outgoing way, i.e. 3 o/g means 3 sets of surge arrester. (vi) VCB, Numerical Relay, HMI, FRTU an Thermal / climatic sensor should be of same make for better functioning, maintenance, and coordination. 36 (C) Air Insulated Bus Connected RMU Unit comprising: - Air Insulated enclosure withnecessary bus connection via bushing. VT’s from the manufacturer and according to IS 3156 shall beaccepted. (2) Provide 11KV/rt3/110V/rt3; 50VA class 0.5. Single phase bus PT for metering. (3) 11KV/230V AC,1KVA control transformer – Optional is Aux supply at site is not available. (4) MFM – EM 6400 NG Class 0.5 for each Incomer. (5) Metering CT in respective Function’s Cable Compartment in RMU XX/1A, Class 0.5, 2.5 VA. 37 (D) Accessories should be provide with RMU :-(1) Antireflex operating handle. (2) Battery 24V DC , 12Ah. (3) Battery charger (I/P230V AC, O/P - 24V DC). (4) double conical brass/compression steel glands suitable for upto cable of size 3C x 185 Cable for both incoming and Outgoing.(5) Detailed Technical datasheet/ GTP,operation manuals etc. 38 Note for RMU :-(i) RMU shall be mounting has to be least 60CM above the gorond i.e stand to be provided of at least 60 CM PCC foundation as per manufactures drawing. (ii) Cost of PCC /Earth work deemed to be included in the rate quoted. (iii) The contractor shall submit the NABL Accredited lab test reports of the RMUs in original and the same shall be produced well before claiming RAR payment of the RMU.(iv) Pre-despatch inspection shall be carried out by Rep of Accepting Officer. All arrangement for the same shall be arranged by the contractor & shall be considered within quoted rates.(v) Design, drawing of RMU to be submitted by the contractor for approval from the Garrison Engineer prior to manufacturing. 39 Item No 33 : Supply and installation of LBS (Load Break switch) with earth, 11KV, 630AMP 1 way motor operated Ring Main Unit Air insulated type 3 poles cpper Busbar in suitable size with internal wiring dust and outdoortype (IP 55) vermin proof.
