| 4 | M&L for preparation of oldplastered surfaces of wall and applying one coat of distemper oil emulsion, complete all as specified and directed. |

| 8 | M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered & un plastered surfaces of walls by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scraping down smoke root mould moss and efflorescent salts trading oil and greasy spots filling holes cracks with wall care putty all and applying one coat of white wash, complete all as specified and directed. |
| 9 | M&L for prepraration of old painted wood or wooden surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint,complete all as specified and directed. |
| 10 | All as per item No 9 above but on steel and iron surfaces. |
| 11 | Hacking out broken glass (any size shape, thickness, quality or description) from wooden/metalframe glazed with putty or fixed with beads having area not exc 0.50 sqm in each pane, complete all as specified and directed. |
| 12 | S&F 4.8 mm thick sheet glass selected quality plain/ tinted in squares exc 0.5 sqm each pane fixed with oil putty complete all as specified and directed. |
| 13 | S&F in repair stainless steel wire cloth 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40 mm and fixed with SS wire staples in any type of door/window/ventilators including fixing of new beading if old damaged, complete all as specified and directed. |
