Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of wall, chajjas, fins, facia etc in two coats, first coat of 10mm in cement mortar 1:4 & 2nd coat of 5mm in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with liquid water proofing compound (ISI Marked) @ 200ml/bag of cement or as per manufacturer\"s instructions, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.Note :- Water proofing liquid shall be measured and paid separately under relevent items.

Supply only integral water proofing compound, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint including dark blue colour on pillar/RCC/brick facia, complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of old plastered surfaces of walls and applying one coat of cement base paint including dark blue colour on pillar/RCC/brick facia, complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of old surfaces by complete removal of existing treatment of painted wall / ceiling including pillar etc by mechanical equipments like electric wall sander / water jet machine etc,complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic weather proof emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over wall surfaces complete by mechanical means as per manufacturer\"s instruction and as approved by GE, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repairing of RCC projection chajjas, roof, facia etc. by necessary preparation, scraping, cutting, chiseling, derustingand cleaning exposed reinforcement surfaces of damaged, loose RCC surfaces with cement concrete (1:1.5:3) using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregates and reinforcement with welded mesh of weight exc 2Kg per Sqm but n.exc 3Kg/Sqm (if required) with or without facia and finished with cement morte 1:3 using coarse sand and work in patches, area not exc 5 Sqm and thickness of RCC member not exc 70mm including necessary formwork and applying two coats of finishes to match with the existing surfaces at any height, complete all as specified and directed.

Note for all above items :-The work shall be carried out in G+5 stories buildings and quoted rate shall deemed to be included for this aspects and nothing extra shall be admissible on this acount.
