| 1 | Overhauling and servicing of Split type AC of capacity 1.5/2.0 TR of any make at different locations at Mil Stn Lekhapani, testing the unit complete with the following tasks :- (a) Overhauling & servicing.(b)Inspection opening washing the condensor coil and cooling coil with chemical followed with pressurized water jet complete. (c)Inspection and treatment of leakage of refrigerant in the system. (d) Checking of operation of blower motor, condesnor motor and swing motor for noise free operations. (e) Oiling of condensor / blower motors and checking the earth continuity. (f) Inspection of all electrical parts / connections and rectification of any small defect. (g) Checking of functional of electronic remote control unit /PCB to ensure satisfactory functioning of indoor/outdoor unit complete. (h) Inspection and treatment of leakage water from indoor unit.(j) Replacing minor spares (ie groomet rubber/rubber lining/washers/nuts&bolt) as required Note:- During servicing of unit, if any major spares / parts are required to be replaced it shall be measured and paid separately under respective items mentioned here- in - after as per direction. |

(g) Check thermostate, Relay capacitor,fan motor, compressor and test its functioning (h) Inspect drain pipe and remove blockage if any (j) Check & correct all electrical wiring and its functioning (k) Testing of water coolers after repairs for satisfactory functioning complete (l) Replacing minor spares (ie groomet rubber/rubber lining/washers/nuts&bolt) as required Note :- During servicing of unit, if anymajor spares / parts are required to be replaced it shall be measured and paid separately under respective items mentioned here- in - after as per direction. |
