Tender For Provisioning Of E N M Eqpt Against Ber Under Ge 862 Ews; 1 Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Serve controlled voltage stabilizer (confirming to BIS 9815 (Part-1) 1994, reaffirmation 2019 latest version) Three phase, four wire (RYBN), 50 Hz, Naturally Oil cooled, outdoor, unbalanced type, cooper wound, metallic body duly power coated with lifting Hooks two nos, digital display type, relay free smooth and silent operation with 1st filling of Transformer oil up to level having following specification:-(a) Capacity 300 KVA (b) Type - Suitable for unbalanced load and unbalanced input(c) Input voltage -360V-480V, Input frequency 50 Hz (d) Output voltage- stabilized at any deigned/ desired voltage 415/+-1% (e) Rated frequency - 50 Hz(f) Wave form distortion - Nil (g) Response time - not to exceed 20 milli seconds(h) Sensitivity - (+/-) 1% (j) Rate of correction - Not less than 6 Volt/second between phase and neutral (k) Efficiency - more than 95% (l) Type of load - Transformer shall be provided with Off circuit Rotary type tap switch so as to provided for a voltage adjustment on H.V, from +5% to -5% (in step of 2.5%) of rated voltage of 11000 volts in 4 equal steps (5 position) to obtain rated voltage of 433 volts on LV sideincluding cable box on LT and HT side, with 12 KV system highest voltage at HV side, 28 KV (rms) HV power frequency, 75 kVp HV impulse withstand voltage, trasnformer shall be designedfor losses as per IS 1180 (Part-3) : 2021Efficiency level - II and for 110% continuous overfluxing withstand capaibility,complete with first fill of new transformer oil having dielectric strength not less than 60 KV, suitable mounting arrangement complete and other standard accesssories : (a) 12KV off circuit tapping switch. (b) Oil conservator tank with drain plug and filling cap. (c) Silica gel dehydrating breather charged with silica gel (d) Oil level gauge. (e) Oil filter valve. (f) Oil drain valve. (g) Thermometer pocket (with oil temp. indicator) (h) Diagram and rating plate. 1) Two earthing arrangements.) (j) Lifting lugs.(k) Four bidirectional plain roller(l) Air vent plug. 8 (m) Explosion vent. (n) Cable box on H.V side.( 0) Cable box on L.V side. (p) Additional neutral terminal brought outside the LV cable box for earthing. (q) HV&LV cable boxes. (r) Buchholz relay. (s) Radiator valves.( t) Oil temp. indicator.( u) Winding temp. indicator( v) Magnetic oil level gauge. (w) Inspection Cover. (x) marshalling box. all as per IS:1180 (Part 3) : 2014-2021 all as specified and directed. Note : (i) The Transformer should be inspected and tested at OEM premises before depatch by a rep of Accepting Officer and cost incurred demmed in quoted rate. (ii) After installation of transformer at site testing and commisioning will be carried out in the presence of SEI and cost incurred demmed in quoted rate. 9 Disconnecting of LT and HT connection carefully from the existing Transformer of capacity 50 KVA to 100 KVA , 11KV/433 volts of any make/type, taking down/remove from existing site.and shifting by transporting to the MES yard or as directed place by the Engineer-in-Charge.Note :The quoted rates shall also be deemed to include for all type of tools crane and man power to dismanting and shifting of transformer at palce directed by theEngineer-in-Charge. 10 Disconnecting of incomimg and outgoing connection carefully from the existing servo voltage stabilizer (outdoor/indoor type) of capacity 100 KVA to 300 KVA of any make/type, taking down/remove from existing site.and shifting by transporting to the MES yard or as directed place by the Engineer-in-Charge.Note : The quoted rates shall also be deemed to include for all type of tools crane and man power to dismanting and shifting of transformer at palce directed by theEngineer-in-Charge. 11 Disconnecting of incomimg and outgoing connection carefully from the existing servo voltage stabilizer (outdoor/indoor type) of capacity 10 KVA of any make/type, taking down/remove from existing site.and shifting by transporting to the MES yard or as directed place by the Engineer-in-Charge.Note : The quoted rates shall also be deemed to include for all type of tools crane and man power to dismanting and shifting of transformer at palce directed by theEngineer-in-Charge.
