Tender For Provision Of Central Air Conditioning For 600 Seating Capacity Auditorium At Jabalpur Mil Station.; 1 Central Air Conditioning 2 Item No. 01 : Design, Vetting, supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Central air conditioning plant (for existingAuditorium building of 600 Seating capacity ) withWater cooledChiller Plant of min Capacity 140 TR (02 Nos of half capacity), AHUs,FCUs, Electric Hot water Generator set, Expansion tank for chilled water and Hot water, Humidifiers, water pump sets( min 2W+1S)of suitable type and capacity for chilled water ,condenser , hot water generator , FRP Induced Draught cooling towers(1W+1S), ducting and Insulation for duct and pipings . Electrical Panels and cables of suitable size for Chiller ,AHU Panels,Hot water Generator,any type of Pumps and any other electrical equipments shall deemed to be included in the quoted rates. Cable tray, Water piping for condenser, chiller hot water generator etcwith strainer,all types of valves and vents,Piping Accessories ,Temperature guage,Pressure guage, Dampers/fire proof damper, diffusers and grills, Air curtain, earthing,ducting sheet , associated civil work,plumbing work and electrical work shall demed to be included in the quoted rate.The designing and installation of Central AC Plant shall be as per ASHRAE/ISHRAE standards , relavant IS specification and best practices for auditorium bldgs. 3 Contd... Item No. 01 :Any other Technical items which is required for proper/efficient installation of HVAC system as per standard norms and as specified in tender shall deemed to be included in the quoted rates.Design of Central AC Plant to be submitted to the dept duly vetted by IIT/NIT/any govt engg college after 30 days of acceptance of the contract.Note:1(I) Design of energy efficient central air conditioning plant based on inside & outside conditions inside conditions as per given data sheet attached in PS. The design shall meet relevant ASHRAE/ISHRAE norms and code requirements and should as per latest IS practices. It should included the followings:-(a) Data based heat load calculations for all weather seasons .(b) Duct drawing showing different sizes of ducts air flow details, incl fire dampers and air dampers.(c) Chiller water piping / condenser water pipingetc drawings including valves, vents ,strainer, drains etc .(d) Layout schematic line diagram of LT control panel suitable for the plant showing all the details such as main incoming, outgoing and their type, capacities, qty, alongwith connected measureing instrument/meters, indication lamp, starters, MCB/ MCCB/ isolator literature of various components.(e) Specification/description of equpeiment and other materials/items with technical literature of various components. 4 Contd... Item No. 01 :(f) Line plan of plant AHU showing various eqpts/items with dimensions of various eqpts/items with specific working clearances between eqpts to eqpts and from walls, after due consideration of existing doors and windows.(g) Schedule of item/description of equipment of all items with accounting unit. Item No. 01 :Note2: (a) Contractor should submit 2 Nos CD showing detailed design with description/specfification complete alongwith heat load calculation (For summer, winter & monsoon design, drawings, bill of quantities and four Nos hard copies.(b) Outside design conditons at Jabalpur can be obtained from concerned metrological authorities. (c) Contractor will develop the soft copy of all the drawings required for the work on the basis of hard copy/line plan of the project. (d) Design folder duly incorporating above design details, layout plans and specifications incl BOQ of the items shall be submitted by the contractor duly bound 3 hard copies and CDs after vetting from IIT/NIT/ any Govt Engineering Collegefor the acceptance by the Rep of accepting officer before execution.(e) The work of Air conditoning shall be carried out by a specialist agency having past experience. (f) Noise level (Sound pressure) should not exceed the permissible limts.(g) Testing includes phase-I 24 Hrs continuous after completing the main workand phase-II 72 Hrs continuous for all three seasons after isssuing completion ofPhase- I by the IEM . (h) Any modification/alteration done for ducting and piping in the building, the Contractor shall make good the damage done for the same. 6 Item No. 02 : Supply and install hi wall split units indoor/outdoor complete with cordless remote control unit and with in built air filter for better indoor air quality with minimum 5 star rating and EER 3.2.of capacity 1.5 TR inverter type incl necessery connection cable, copper tubes and stand with MS bolts complete all as specified and directed. 7 Item No. 03 : Supply and fix Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 170 V to 250 V with output voltage stabilized at 230 V with accuracy of ± 2.5% and of capacity 2 KVA complete all as specified and directed. 8 Item No. 04 : Supply and fixing modular AC Box (white) with 3 pin socket two in one, all in one type, single pole and neutral box with one single pole MCB 32 A, 230 Volts inculuding modular metal Box, modular cover plate with frame of 4 modulecomplete all as specified and as directed.
