Tender For Certain Misc Repairs To Fencing Boundary Wall And Garbage Bins At C2 Sector Of Age B R I (South) Under Ge (South) Ambala Cantt; 1 Demolition of brickwork built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed. 2 Material and labour for brick work with sub class Bbricks , straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed. 3 All as per item No 2.00 here in before but except bricks, complete all as specified and directed. 4 Taking down cement plaster and raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water built in cement mortar complete all as specifed and as directed. 5 Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and fair without using extra cement, complete all as specifed and as directed. 6 Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specifed and as directed. 7 Material andlabour for rough cast plaster with and including 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 on brick wall or concrete surface as specified in clause 14.22 of SSR Part-I complete all as specified and directed.NOTE : - (i) After applying the under coat of cement and sand mortar 1:3 not less than 10 mm thick and while it is still in plastic state the rough cast mixture consisting of crushed stone or fine gravel aggregate (which is generally of size between 6 to 12 mm depending on the texture required) mixed with coarse sand and cement in the ratio of 1: 1: 1 shall be applied and finished even.(ii) The mix of cement and sand shall be made slightly loose/wetter than normal for rendering to ensure that larger aggregates are thoroughly covered.(iii) Contractors quoted rate shall include all above provisions and no extra shall be admissible on this account. 8 Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description in steel trusses, purlins, roof railings, grills etc complete all as specified and directed. 9 Supply and fixing of mild steel, framed work such as grills, grating etc with end of bars shouldered and/ or riveted or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railing framed work of water tanks and similar work including pintal hinges, stops hand made sliding bolts, MS pipes for cattle trap and other members etc conforming to Fe-290Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed. 10 Material and labour fortwo coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer including preperation of new surfaces of wallscomplete all as specified. 11 Material and labour for plain cement concrete1:2:4 Type B1 (20mm graded aggregate) in lintels upto1.5m clear span, cills,steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs , water troughs and the like including weathering,slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed. 12 Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in girth or width and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 13 Dismantling posts or struts of fencing precast section , including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 14 Material and labour for mild steel work as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 15 Supply and fixing in repairgalvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 16 Excavation in post holes each n.exc 0.5 Cum getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n.exc 25 CM watering out and removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m and making good , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 17 Material and labour for mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking etc confirming to Fe-405 or Fe-410.0, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 18 Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 19 Supply only MS chain link fencing, any size or type, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 20 Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of straights, rails strading bolts etc including provision of binding wire, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 21 Supply and fixing MS bolts, screw (machine made( with hexagonal or spare head one end and screwed the other, or screwed bolts ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washer and one hexagonal or squaremeter 5 cm long, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 22 Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 Type B-1 (20mm graded stone aggregate) in drain bottom, fixing fencing post foundation, in garbage bin floors , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 23 Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced ) in ground floor and paving not. exc 15cm thickness (below or above GL) depositing of debris outside MD land complete all as specified and directed 24 Material and labour for 75mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 ,(using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in subbse complete all as specifiedand as directed. 25 Material and labour machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement and no pigment, any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thickness M-40 grade , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 26 Material and labour machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement and no pigment, any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness M-35 grade , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 27 Material and labour for 50mm thick sand filling under floors including watering and consolidation , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 28 Supply and fixing factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature , jointed with cement mortar 1:3, including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening where ever required , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 29 Material and labour for plain Cement Concrete Type D2 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 30 Material and labour for glass dividing strips 28mm width and 3mm thick fixed as per approved pattern in flooring , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 31 Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 M wide and not exceeding 1.5 M depth for foundation, etc , and getting out in soft/ loose soil , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 32 Removing excavated material not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above starting point , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
