Providing 24+1 seaters vehicle along with Driver, fuel and other consumables for transportation of staff of Curti treatment plant as per departmental requirements. Complete as instructed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Fair will be paid as per actual kilometers covered per day. However if total kilometer covered by the vehicle is less than 100 km average during the month. Bill will be prepared by computing in following manner =100kmxNo. of days duty performed by the vehicle in a month. The trip to be played should be as per the terms and conditions enclosed or as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. In case any of the trip is not played than the corresponding trip mileage will be deducted and actual kms run will be paid. The vehicle provided should be in good, neat & clean condition and should be got approved from Engineer-in-charge for suitability. In case of breakdown of vehicle, necessary arrangement should be done to provide other vehicle without any extra claim. Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
