Replacement of poles damaged due to storm (natural calamity), straightening of crooked poles, replacement of worn out wires etc. in the jurisdiction of Sub-division-1st/2nd/3rd, Medical/Kithore/Kharkhauda under Electricity Distribution Division-Kithore, Meerut.- 1 Carriage of following material from store center PVVNL to site & vice-versa of work including loading & unloading at both ends maximum distance up to 100 Km. as per direction of Supervising Engineer. 2 PCC/STP Pole 8.5/11/13 Mtr Long. 3 10 to 400 KVA T/F. 4 250 to 630 KVA T/F. 5 Line material such as HT/LT Cross Arms, HT/LT pin insulator, HT/LT pin, HT/LT disc insulator with fitting, stay rod, stay wire, LT AB cable (3x120) sq.mm/(3x95) sq.mm, ACSR conductor, GI wire, MS Angle, iron and MS channel, TPMO, Fuse set, Earthing, J Hook, GI wire for guarding, MS Nuts & bolts, suspension clamp etc. 6 Distribution box single phase/three phase. 7 Erection of PCC/STP pole 8.5/11/13 mtr long after digging a pit of size 1.6 mtr deep in all type of Soil including groutingratio (1:4:8)& back filling of the pole with proper ramming after completion of work. (as per UPPCL Respo). 8 Fabrication and fixing of all HT/LT line accessories (as per UPPCL Respo). 9 Mounting of 10 to 400 KVA T/F (as per UPPCL Respo). 10 Mounting of 250 to 630 KVA T/F (as per UPPCL Respo). 11 Erection of Double pole on PCC/STP pole 8.5/11/13 mtr long after digging a pitt of size 1.6 mtr. Deep in all type of soil for each pole including groutingratio (1:4:8) & back filling of the pole with proper ramming after completion of work.(as per UPPCL Respo). 12 Fabrication and fixingof MS angle and MS channel, fixing all HT/LT accessories TPMO, Fuse set HT/LT pin insulators on Double pole. (as per UPPCL Respo). 13 Erection of stay set complete after digging a pit of size 1.6 mtr deep and grouting the same in block of size 0.60 x 0.60 x 0.30 mtr and nuzzling at the both ends and filling the pit with excavated earth soil with proper ramming. (as per UPPCL Respo). 14 Laying, lifting, stringing & proper sagging of Old ACSR conductor for 3 phase 3 wire HT/LT line including binding & jumpering properly (as per UPPCL Respo). 15 Laying of LT ABC Cable of various size including fixing of all LT ABC Cable accessories on suport (as per UPPCL Respo). 16 Fixing of distribution box including fixing the cable from transformer and consumer service cable(as per UPPCL Respo). 17 Earthing of each HT/LT line pole & T/F properly after drive of electrodes if size 20mm x 250 mm and connection the earthing point with GI wire. (as per UPPCL Respo). 18 Guarding of line with G.I. wire having 2 no. horizontal wire & 3 Mtr distance odf laces of ten 6 SWG/8 SWG G.I. wire complete work in all respect (as per UPPCL Respo). 19 Open the binding & resagging of existing HT/LT line. (as per UPPCL Respo). 20 Dismentling of STP pole/R.S Joist by digging the pits & removal of complete HT/LT line accessories(as per UPPCL Respo). 21 Straighting Tilted pole due to storm & resagging of conductor/cable after opening the binding and making properly (as per UPPCL Respo). 22 Providing and fixing ofF clamps (As Per Direction of Supervising Engineer). 23 Providing and fixing of Holding Clamp (As Per Direction of Supervising Engineer). 24 Providing and fixing of MS Nut & Bolts (As Per Direction of Supervising Engineer). 25 Cuttoing & chopping tree branches near side of line for making the clearance between line and tree. 26 Back cartageST pole/R.S Joist from work site central to Store Meerut LS. 27 Back cartage 10 to 100 KVA T/F. 28 Back cartage 250 to 630 KVA T/F.
