Tender For preventive maintenance of 11/0.4KV line and systemof colony area at HTPS kasimpur aligarh -1.01 Complete over hauling & servicing of 11 KV TPMO 1.02 Providing & fixing of complete new stay 1.03 Providing & fixing of HT & LT side connecting rod with nut, bolt and washer of 11/0.4 KV & 11/3.3 KV Transformers. 1.04 Providing & fixing of HT/LT side bushing of 11/0.4 KV & 11/3.3 KV Transformers. 1.05 Cleaning & removing of grass etc. in colony substation colony area. 1.06 Chopping & cutting of tree branches near HT/LT/ 1.07 Complete earthing of T/F of OCBs in Substation area 1.08 Earthing of HT/LT poles at required place. 1.09 Providing of guarding on overhead HT lines including provision of 75x75x6 mm, 1.8 Mtr. Long angle iron one no. of intermediate pole and two no. of section pole and G.I. wire 08 swg. with MS clamps, nuts & bolts including stringing, jointing, sagging of G.I. wire. complete in all respect as per instruction of AE/JE 1.1 Removing of bird nest & waste martial with pole in colony area 1.11 Dismantling of unusable single HT/LT complete line pole with all accessories and shifting to site store. 1.12 Grouting of new rail/round poles with fixing of HT/LT clamps, nut & bolts with providing and fixing of pin/shackle insulator on it and making 1.0 feet cement concrete plinth after exavacation of soil for pole grouting. 1.13 Providing & fixing of LT & Service Line plastic/wooden batten 1.14 Scheduled checking & topping of oil at different LT sub-station transformers in colony area 400 to 630 KVA 1.15 Scheduled checking & topping of oil at different LT sub-station transformers in colony area 750 KVA, 3.3/0.4 KV 1.16 Replacement of old and damaged conductor by replacing new conductor 1.17 Sagging of loose line conductor with removing old line battens and fitting of new one. 1.18 Making of 09 mtr. R-S joist/steel tubular pole from old and used/damaged poles by cutting and welding work with proper reinforcement by welding steel plates 1.19 Complete cleaning of transformer body to remove mud, oil contamination on it:-400 -630 KVA 1.2 Complete cleaning of transformer body to remove mud, oil contamination on it:-750 KVA to 01 MVA 1.21 Complete cleaning of transformer body to remove mud, oil contamination on it:-Above 01 MVA 1.22 Complete painting of double pole structure inside sub- station area with one coat of primer and two coat of silver colour paint. 1.23 Repairing of LT/HT lines poles that are weak & defective at base due to corrosion by welding work and making pole plinth of 1/2 Mtr. by cement- concrete. 1.24 Complete painting of single pole structure of HT/LT line with one coat of primer and two coat of silver colour paint 1.25 Complete overhauling of 0.4 KV 200 /400/600 Amp. OCB as per scope of work. 1.26 Complete overhauling of 800/ 1200 Amp. OCB as per scope of work. 1.27 Cleaning of complete OCB panel & cable trenches at 10 nos. new/old colony sub-stations as per scope of work. 1.28 Providing & fixing of brass stud with nut bolt & washer with replacement of faulted stud of OCB at site. 1.29 Providing & fixing of Bakelite sheet of OCB after replacement of damaged Bakelite sheet. 1.3 Making End Terminal joints of 6.9//11 KV power cable, indoor and outdoor kit size above 150sq.mm to 630 sq. mm. 1.31 Complete Overhauling/Replacing of 11KV OCB’s/ Panels at Powerhouse as per scope of work. 1.32 Arresting oil leakages of 5MVA Transformer/ 7.5 MVA Transformer in ‘B’ TPS including HT/LT Studs/Gasket. 1.33 Exavacation and dismantling of faulted cable from transformer to OCBs and OCBs to pole at various sub stations. 1.34 Opening of damaged 3 phase cable and fixing of new 3 phase cable after cutting and removing of insulation with fixing it to line conductor. 1.35 Fabrication of MCCB panel with fixing of MCCB and three phase DB on Bakelite sheet including connection of cables with lugs 1.36 Repairing of OLD LED street light 1.37 Supply and fixing of LED strip light 15 mtr 1.39 Instalation of street light
