Tender For Additional / Alternator / Improvement To Swts At Af Stn Arjangarh Under Ge (Af) Gurgaon; 1 Demolition of brick work or rubbled stone masonry including all quoins arches , pillars etc built in cement mortar and including removal from the site complete all as specified. 2 Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc and including removal of debris and rubbish from the site complete all as specified. 3 Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified. 4 M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks old size straight or curved on plan exc 6.0 m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified. 5 M&L for 15 mm thick plasteringin cement mortar (1:4) on brick or concrete surfaces including rendering on fins, fascias, chajja, parapets etc and finishing the surfaces even and fair (without using extra cement) mixed with WPC as per manufacturers instruction and complete all as specified.Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately.complete all as specified. 6 Supply only intergral water proofing compound ISI Marked complete all as specified. 7 M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete type B1 1:2:4with ) using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) asin sub base of flooring and finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement etc complete all as specified. 8 Grouting by wrapping all pipes inserts with a two way adhesion tape of make Dr. Fixit Bathseal tape/Dr. Fixit Bonding agent and grouting the gaps space with non- shrink grout Dr. Fixit Pidigrout 10M or PMM prepared by polymer modified mortar with Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP in the ratio of 1:3 by adding polymer 10% by weight of the cement & M&L for two coats of CFTRI approved, waterproof coating with high performance two component pre-packed cementitious waterproofing, Dr. Fixit Fastflex, with a mix ratio of (liquid: Powder), parts by wt. - 1:1.4 @ 0.42 – 0.50 Sq.mt / Kg to achieve 1mm DFT over the floor surface & wall surface upto full height, as per the manufacturer’s specification. All the coats to be applied in right angle to each other with an interval of 4-6 Hrs, including proper surface preparation as per manufacturers specification, cleaning work, removal of loose concrete and filling cracks with polymer modified mortar using SBR Latex, Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP. Provide and lay 45 GSM glass fibre mesh over the angle fillet when the first coat in still wet. Allow the coating to air cure for 5 days before conducting water ponding test for 24 Hrs.
