Tender For Repair And Maintenances Of Lt Oh/ Og Conductor/ Cable, Panels And Associated Wks Services At Mil Stn Kaluchak Under Ge Kaluchak; 1 Taking out existing old unserviceable pole (09 and 11) metres long of PCC Pole from the PCC foundation, couping and including carefully taking down existingACSR conductor,cables, street light, security light fitting, GI brackets, looping boxe, stay assembly of any type & patten etc, after disconnection of electric supply by using necessary T&P/Crane/ any mechanical method will be applied and disposal of debris upto distance not exc 100 m complete all as specified and directed.Note:- Hire charges of T&P / crane/hydra/JCB etc for disconnection of electric supply and cost of disposal of debris shall deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate. 2 Dismantling and taking down mild steel cross arms, bracings, supports, channels,angles,clamps etc from pole structure segregating serviceable portion and keeping in safe custody for reuse at site and removing unserviceable portion from site complete all as specified and as directed. 3 Dismantling ACSR conductor of any sizefrom LT pole and setting aside theserviceable quantity for reuse and removing the unserviceable quantity from site complete all as specified and as directed. 4 Dismantling insulators of any size /type and setting aside the serviceable quantity for reuse and removing the unserviceable quantity from site complete all as specified and as directed. 5 Dismantling and taking down unserviceable UG cable of any size all as specified and directed.. 6 Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 Type C-2 (Using 40 mm grade aggregate as in foundation of pole, stay and filling and mass concrete) including providing necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed 7 Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm grade stone aggregate as in copping of existing and new electric poleat site including providing necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed. 8 Supply, fixing and erection of steel tubular swaged pole 09 m long, type 410 SP-32, pole should be in one piece only and smooth finishing, ISI marked conforming to IS:2713-1980, complete with all accessories, such as cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts, screws, washers and drilling of holes for continious GI earth wire as specified including applying two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and embedded portion shall be painted with two coats of black japan paint after preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.Note:-Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately. 9 M&L for stay assembly complete with accessories as shown in elect plate No-1, dia to stay 20mm dia 190cm long including MS galvanised stay plate of size 300mmx300mmx6mm thick and galvized thimble after dismantling of unserviceable stay set (above GL) including excavation in earth work, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) foundation including dismantling of old unserviceable stay assembly complete all as specified and directed.
