Tender For Special Repair To Roads At Certain Units Of Tibri Mil Station.; 1 Scarifying or picking gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exc 400 Sqm and depth exc 50mm deep but not exc 100mm deep complete, all as specified and directed. 2 Material and labour for 7.50 cm thick(Compackted thickness) WBM with coarse aggregate of (Granite, trap or basalt stone) of grading-2 (63 to 40mm) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size) spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber with 8 to 10 Tonne power road roller complete, all as specified and directed. 3 All as per serial item No2 above but except material.Note :- Useable material received from Ser item No 1 above shall be reused. 4 Material and labour for preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags/air compressor to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer @ 5kg per 10 Sqm (VG-10)and laying bituminousPremixedsemi dense asphaltic concrete 40mm thick (minimum consolidated thickness) with 5.5% (paving bitumen VG-30) binder contentby weight of total mix, rolled and compacted with 8 to 12 Tonne power road roller to requiredgradient and camber complete, all as specified and directed.Note :- (a) Material for SDAC shall be mixed in hot mixing plant.(b) Mix design of bituminous SDAC will be got done from approved lab.(c) The premix carpet shall be laid with mechanical mixer as specified in clause 20A 27 of MES SSR Part-I and the spreading bitumin VG-30) by weight of total mix, using coarse aggregate grading 2 (upto 40mm size) rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power road roller including preparation/cleaning of surfaces and applying evenly a priming coat with paving bituminous primer vg-10 @ 10 kg per 10 sqm, complete, all as specified and directed. 7 Repair to pot holes ofdepth,not exc 30mm area not exc 1.0 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc cutting around edges to at least 30mm in depth and making good by applying tack coat with paving bitumen @ 5Kg per 10 Sqm (VG-10), putting in premixed bituminous macadamwell rammed and sealed with binder@ 9.8Kg per 10 Sqm (VG-30), binded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings 6.3mm size and again well rammed to true surface (including supply of premix macadam binder and chipping to uniform surface) complete, all as specified and directed.Note : Material for premixed bituminous macadamshall be mixed in hot mixing plant. 8 Material and Labour for preparaton of bituminous surfaces of roads and marking 2.5mm thick centre line, stop lines dashes, arrows etc and the like n exc 10cm wide on roads pavements, with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufactures instruction complete, all as specified and directed. 9 supply and fixing in replacementfor solar solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25 mm (shank 65mm) of high efffiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc complete, all as specified and directed. 10 Supply and fixing in replacementfor cat eye reflective type metal body alloy of size 100 mm x 100 mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No DA 972.0 or equivalent make as per Appx fixed with & including MS stud of suitable size as permanufacturers instuctions complete, all as specified and directed. 11 Supply and fixing in repair metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 60 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic eelastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150 x 150 x 300mm) type B1 complete, all as specified and directed.
