Tender For Special Repair To Service Road Near Building No P161 To 415 Fd Hospital At Nams; 1 Scarifying or picking gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exc 400 Sqm and depth exc 50mm deep but not exc 100mm deep complete, all as specified and directed. 2 Material and labour for preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags/air compressor to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer @ 5kg per 10 Sqm (VG-10)and laying bituminousPremixedsemi dense asphaltic concrete 30mm thick (minimum consolidated thickness) with 5.5% (paving bitumen VG-30) binder contentby weight of total mix, rolled and compacted with 8 to 12 Tonne power road roller to requiredgradient and camber complete, all as specified and directed.Note :- (a) Material for SDAC shall be mixed in hot mixing plant.(b) Mix design of bituminous SDAC will be got done from approved lab.(c)Spreading of SDAC shall be done by mechanical sensor paver. 3 Material and labour Premixed bituminous, macadam laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with using 20mm graded stone aggregate and paving bitumen @ 4% by the weight of total mix(consolidated thickness 75mm thick or less or as required) rolled and compacted with 8 to 12 Tonne power road roller to requiredgradient and camber complete, all as specified and directed. 4 Material and labour Premixed bituminous, macadam laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with using 20mm graded stone aggregate and paving bitumen @ 4% by the weight of total mix(consolidated thickness more than 75mm thick) olled and compacted with 8 to 12 Tonne power road roller to requiredgradient and camber complete, all as specified and directed. 5 Material and labour for preparation of top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt /dustetc and other deleterious, materialand applyingevenly a priming / tack coat using with bituminous primer ofpaving bitumen VG - 10 at the rate of10Kg per 10 Sqm,ofroad surface complete, all as specified and directed. 6 Material and labour for preparation of road surface and applying thermoplastic reflective paint in marking of minimum2.5mm thick single coat as in center line and edge line road marking of 150/100mm width using Hot Mark thermoplastic modern propelled road marking machine as directed including all ingredients such as blinder glass beads titanium dioxide calcium carbonate inter fillers thermoplastic requirment for glass beads shall be the table No 800.4 of MORTH specification including spraying of glass beads etc all as per manufacture instruction complete all as specified and directed. 7 Demolition of cement contcrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed. 8 Material and labour Hardcore of gauge n exc. 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface (Broken atone & boulder) complete all as specified and directed. 9 Material and labour for plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed. 10 Supply and fixing for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver blocks, coloured, 60mm thick M-35 Grade, any shape and size with grey cement and pigment conforming to IS 15658-2006 including 25mm thick layer of fine sand laid to the profile as filling and floors including watering and consolidationetc complete, all as specified and directed. 11 Material and labour for stone kerb ofmachine pressed factory made PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone agg. as in precast kerb stone including rounded chamfered edgeand set in CM 1:4 including two coats of synthetic enamel paint with pigment over a coat of primer. Complete all as specified and directed.
