    Bids Are invited for 1.Emergency Escape Scuttles - 01.Size Clear Opening Diameter 800 Mm 02.Color Green On Both Sides.The Handles To Be Marked With Photo Luminescent Tapes. 03.Opening Mechanism-Escape Scuttles Are To Be Spring Assisted And Provided With A Wheel Assembly On The Inside And A Slot With A Detachable Operating Handle From Outside For Opening And Closing Of The Scuttles.The Operating Handle Should Be Supplied With Associated Bulkhead-Mountable Press-Fit Clamps To Enable Securing The Operating Handle Onto The Bulkhead. 04.Material- As Per Class Requirement 05.All Ees Are To Be Flush Type Spring Assisted With Auto Retention Clip And Operable From Above And Below By One Person.They Are To Be Provided With An Opening Arrangement From Above With Detachable Operating Handle And Press-Fit Clamps For Securing The Handle On To The Nearest Bulkhead. 06.Ees Are Required To Operable From Both Sides And Tested Up To 1.2 Bar Pressure Or As Per Class Requirement 07.Marking- Each Scuttle Should Have Punch Mark With Oem Name Date Of Fabrication Month And Year .Marking Symbols Should Be Prominent Legible And I.A.W.
