Improvement Of Existing Rural Road From Main Road Towards The Sudam Ingle Plot Up To Old N-S Road Near P.C. Patil At Laxmi Nagar. Length -950 M (Approx.) (Under Crif In Gni.)- 1 Excavation in Soil using Hydraulic Excavator and Tippers with Disposal upto 1000 metres 2 Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location within all lifts and lead upto 1000 m 3 Construction of Subgrade and Earthern shoulder with Material Deposited from Roadway cuttings 4 Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300-2. 5 Water Bound Macadam 6 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel/ vibratory roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density. 7 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel/ vibratory roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density. 8 Prime Coat over WMM/WBM 9 Providing and applying primer coat with SS1 grade bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means. 10 Tack coat on Bituminous Surfaces 11 Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg/sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom. 12 Bituminous Macadam Grading -II 13 Providing and laying bituminous macadam with higher capacityhot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site, lald over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled as per clauses 501.6 and 501.7 to achieve compaction the desired with bitumen of grade VG-30 @ 3.4% (Percentage by weight of total mix) prepared in drum type hot mix plant of 100-120 TPH 14 Bituminous Concrete Grading -II 15 Providing and laying bituminous concrete with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 percent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORT&H specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects with bitumen of grade VG-30 @ 5.4% (Percentage by weight of total mix) prepared in drum type hot mix plant of 100-120 TPH 16 Road Marking with Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound with Reflectorising Glass Beads on Bituminous Surface 17 Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.
