ForIst test bore- Shifting of all machíney at site, carriage, loading and un loading oł accessories required for complete work, The job shall include all logistic support in iems of men, machiney and stores at site. The charges on account of Ioading/ unloading, shifling of men & machinery arranged, clearing of debris at site if needed, leveìing of ground required for smooth work, Haltage charges of the transport aranged for shifting of skilled and unskilled labors, men and machinery tools and tackles up to site of work. Dilling/Boring of 125 mm diameter tube well by air rotary drilling rig unit suitable for lowering of MS casing of125mm diameter in suiiably drilled bore hole as per specifications laid down in IS 2800 (Part-I) with up to date amendments The job isto be done in all kinds of soils, boulder, rocks, collapsible strata saturated soils, artisan conditions by DTH/ODEX attachments and exploration of ground water by tapping sufficient aquifer zones. The job includes the cost of drilling accessories, tools, bits, casing shoe, consmables like fuel, lubricants, skilled and unskilled labours and other unforeseen items. Development of tube well with backwash method with air compressor of miuimm capacity 1000 CFM(300 PSI air delivery system) with suitable arrangements till well is thoroughly doveloped in all respects as per directions of site engineer. |

(CIass B) Casing pipes and subsequent lowering of casing assembly and its welding after every 10 feet, up to the drilled/desired depth. The whole casing pipe is incluive of slotted pipe, which is to be used asper the site requirement and as directed by site engìneer. The pipe shall be lowered up to tedesired level BGL. The average length of each pipe shall not exceed 3.00 Mts. The welding electrodes used for welding the pipe shall confim to relevant IS codes. | 6 | Supplying and assembling by double layer welding, ERW FE 410 M.S plain ended casing pipes of 200 mm dia. confirming IS:4270 of reputed and approved Make, all complete for all depths and average wall thickness of 6.40 mm. |
| 7 | Developmentof the tube well in accordancewith IS:2800 (Part-I) and IS: 1189 to establish maximum rate of usable water yield without sand contents with required capacity of air compressor and pumping to runfor required time and testing in lab. |
| 8 | Cost on account of design, supply installation testing and commissioning of 3500-4000 GPH submersible Pumps coupled with 10-12 HP submersìble motor with a dynamic head of 82-89 meter, along with all allied works Viz.MS steel plate, shilling wire, nipple, coupling, clamp set etc. (02 units) |
| 9 | Fabrication, providing & fitting of 65 dia. Flanged GI (class B) column pipes each of 3 M length. The job includesthe cost of12 mm thick MS flanges and welding in two layers to make the flanged joint strongand leak proof. The pipe of 10 ft. length is to be weld on both sides with flanges of standard size with Advani/Adore electrode .The job includes aìl types of skilled labors, power supply etc. required for the job. |
