SCOPE OF WORK i) Dissembling of Ammonia Refrigeration Plant Machineries ;a) 2 x 20 HP PC-2 Ammonia Compressor with Motor Dismantling from Foundation Baseb) Suction & Discharge Assemblies including 2 nos of Suction and Discharge Valves , Piping Assemblies 2 nos of oil separators and Suction –Discharge Gauge Assemblies ( HP, LP, OP with Tripping Systems)c) Atmospheric Condenser Unit ( Entire Assembly ) from Foundation .ii) Transportation and Shifting of the mentioned Unit including Vehicle Arrangement from Ben Milk Training Centre , Banjetia , Berhampore to Domkal Chilling Plant , Bhatsala, Domkal ( Distance : 32 kms one side)iii) Foundation, Placement and Re installation of the mentioned Ammonia Refrigeration Units at Domkal Chilling Plant .a) Pre Fabricated MS Reil foundation ( approx 6 ft x 4 ft ) x 2 numbers. ( No civil foundation required )b) Placing , positioning and installation of 2 x 20 HP PC-2 Ammonia Compressors including Motors Suction and Discharge assemblies synchronization with existing Suction and Discharge Line with Bypass and Valves , Suction, Discharge and Oil Gauge assemblies with Tripping systems at Domkal Chilling Plant.c) Placing , positioning and installation of Ammonia Atmospheric Condenser over existing Spray Pond at Domkal chilling Plant with 4 sections x 10 nos ( 2 inch ) MS Condenser pipes with Water Line and 2 x 5 HP Condenser Water Pumps with C.I. Butter fly Valves and G.I. Piping Fittings at required suction and discharge line with Gas cutting , Welding and Fitting job..
