Bids Are Invited For Tent ArrangementsDetails of Arrangements for the Chief Ministers Mass Marriage Program for the Year 2025-26-1. Ganesha Aarti and lighting of lamps.2. Pandal (Havan Kund per altar, tent, chairs and tables) as per number.3. Tables - including table seats and sofa sets for VIPs, on the stage and in front of the stage.4. Large LED screens (2 to 4).5. Centertable (VIP).6. Stage (decorated with flowers) with lavish decorations.7. VIP chairs (as per number).8. Chairs (ordinary chairs) as per number.9. Red carpet (in front of the stage).10. Green carpet (for the ground).11. Mattresses (at the rate of one per couple).12. Bedsheets (at the rate of one per couple).13. Gates (including two decorations) per event.14. Sound system.15. Mic (1 for podium and 2 cardless mikes) as per number.16. Podium.17. AC fans, jumbo coolers, generators/lights, etc.18. Jaimala pheras, sindurdaan, kanyadaan with selfie point, joint photograph of bride and groom with family for Nikah at the time of signing, at the time of farewell, with selfie point.19. One photographer will be arranged for every 25 couples.20. Two rose garlands (quality).21. Sehra (bela/jasmine flower garland) for Nikah.22. Turban (safa) (for the groom).23. Dakshina/remuneration for the priest and cleric for solemnizing the marriage (1 for every 10 couples and 1 chief priest in the pandal. 27. Installation of a large hoarding on the roadside of the event venue (containing all information regarding application and eligibility for the scheme).28. Pandit/Priest/Maulvi to solemnize the marriage as required (per altar).29. All materials for the wedding (Hamsawan, turmeric, rice, curd, roli, ghee, Ganga water, incense, betel leaf, betel nut, havan material, havan wood, camphor, flowers, and two garlands per couple).30. Providing five photographs per couple.31. Bouquets (for VIPs) as required.32. The entire event will be videographed from start to finish.33. Color printing and lamination of the marriage certificate on hard paper.34. Cultural programs will be arranged through local artists.35. Invitation cards (quality) – 150 per wedding event.36. Pure drinking water/RO water.37. List of gifts (including counter).38. Wedding altar (name and address) for each couple. (Including 100 couples)39. Helpdesk (per 100 couples)40. Three banners for each block/tehsil/nagar panchayat.41. A tent with complete arrangements for the girls makeup.42. Complete arrangements for generator and diesel.43. Arrangements for musical instruments, drums, shehnai, etc.
