Tender For Long term safety work for traffic congestion at Dandi Chatti, a black spot identified in Mau district.- 1 Earth Work in Excavation in Trenches - Excavation For roadway in soil using manual means including loading in truck for carrying of cut earth to embankment site with all lifts and lead upto 1000 meter. (Excluding GST) 2 Compaction of Earth obtained from roadway cutting -Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from road cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structure graded and compacted to meet reqirement of table 300-2 (compaction only) (Excluding GST) 3 Construction of Subgrade and Earthen Shoulders - Construction of sub-grade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts & leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table No. 300-2 (Excluding GST) 4 Granular Sub-Base with close Graded Material - Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401. (Excluding GST) 5 Wet Mix Macadam - Providing , laying , spreding and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including preixing the material with water at OMC in machanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base / base couse on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the disired density . (Excluding GST) 6 Prime Coat -Providing and applying prime coat with bitumien emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base inlcuding clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70kg/sqm using mechinical means . (Excluding GST) 7 Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam (Gradeing -II) -Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam Grading-II with 120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonne per hour using crused aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.50 percent by weight of total mix and filler , transporting the hot mix to work site , layig with hydostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade , level and aligmnment , rolling with smooth wheeled , vibratory and tendom roller to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRT&H Specification Clause 505 complete in all respects. (Excluding GST) 8 Tack Coat on Bituminous surface - Providing and applying tack coat with VG.- 10 using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm in the norms bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom . (Excluding GST) 9 Bituminous Concrete Grading - II - Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an avarage output of 75 tonne per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 percent of mix and filler , transporting the hot mix to work site , laying with hydostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade , level and aligmnment , rolling with smooth wheeled , vibratory and tendom roller to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRT&H Specification Clause 507 complete in all respects. (Excluding GST) 10 Making speed Table. - making speed table top including cost of labour, material T&P etc complete as per Direction OF E/I.For Desirable Speed (50 Kmph) (For SH, MDR & ODR ) (Excluding GST) 11 Rumble Strips -Provision of rumble strips coverd with premix bituminous carpet, 15-20 mm height at center, 250 mm wide placed at 1 m center to center at approved locations to control speed, marked with white strips of road marking paint. The finishied surface to be level uniform and free from streks and holes as per MORTH specification no. 803 13 Pavemnet Marker -S/F of pavement marker (cat eye) type X -ASTMD-4956-04 at every dimension/3m consisting of ASA plastic housing fitted with tightly adherent plotting compound .The housing shall contain prismatic two glass covered prismatic reflective face to incident light I/C all taxes. @ 3Mtr.
