M&L for demolition of Stone slabs and tiles laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brickwalls, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F factory made PVC shutter in required size and shape made out of 18mm thick PVC Celuka ply(minimum density of board = 600kg/cum) one side white and other side coloured lamination as approved for sides, top, bottom, shelves and partition etc complete including required frame work. The panels shall be fabricated using adhesive, screws and solvent cement etc where ever required all the edges shall be covered with 2 mm thick edge bonding tape or 90 degree edge bent including taking down existing wooden kitchen cupboard and cabinet, complete all as directed.Note: Front board(minimum density of board = 600kg/cum) of kitchen cupboard and cabinet should be of plain glossy finished rigid laminated coloured board

S&F ball catches with 8mm dia steel ball and brass body and striking plate including letting in complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 30mm wide flaps continuous (Piano) hinges stainless steel bright finish complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Stainless Steel Silver chrome DoorHandle 100mm long, suitable for fixing of Brass screws inside of the board etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Granite 18-20mm thick (of any type) work(table rubbed and polished)in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms(incl skirting) and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick onbrick work or concrete surfaces on walls in CM 1:6 finishing even and smooth without using extracement complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over 1mm thickwall care putty complete all as specified and directed.

Net Contract Sum will be after deducting Sch of Credit of Rs 83,300.00
