Tender For Repair Works Onboard Ship => Limited- 1 H-674: -Ventilation flaps fitted at weather deck deteriorated and its pivot SS pin deformed resulting flap unable to close/ open. Defective pins to be renewed as per sample and flaps to be proved for satisfactory operation. All inway job included. Qty- 22 nos. 2 H-677: Underwater fitting/ opening indication tallies fitted at weather deck deteriorated and uprooted from base. Tallies to be engraved and fitted to its position. Job involves fittings of tallies by drilling hole on doubler plate fitted on deck and making of threads inside the hole by tapping process. All inway job included. Qty-65 nos Mat- Brass. 3 H-679: -Water leakage observed from fresh water pipeline fitted at Foxle deck due to hair pin crack on pipeline. Defective pipeline to be renewed as per sample and leakage to be arrested. Job involves renewal of support brackets of pipeline and fitment of same by welding process. All inway job included. 4 H-682: -Steel wire rope of radial davits deteriorated at outer end near hook and hooks thinned down. Hooks to be renewed as per sample and defective steel wire rope to be cropped and crimping to b carried out. Post fitment load test to be carried out and certificate to be provided. All inway job included. Qty- 02 nos.
