(xii) Checking and recording oil pressure, water and oil temperarute for smooth functioning. (xii) Checking anti vibration mounting pads for any deformation. (xiii) Checking throttle linkage for smooth operation. (xiv) Checking battery for cell test, electrolyte level, gravity and topping up to required level. (xv) Routine check / repair work of panel, switches, MCCBs, main switch, all contactors, engine control unit etc. (xvi) Checking of AMF panel, all electrical connections etc. (xvii) Checking of earthing resistance (xviii) Cleaning of vegitation around the DG set up to 1.5 mtr area.
