Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 Kg per Sqm on the prepared bituminoussurface cleaned with mechanical broom.

Providing and laying bituminous macadam with higher capacity hot mix plant using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled as per Clause 501.6 and 501.7 to achieve the desired compaction complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer in-Charge.

With bitumen of grade VG-30 @ 3.4% (Percentage by weight of total mix) prepared in Drum Type Hot Mix Plant of 60 - 90 TPH Capacity.

Providing and laying Bituminous concrete with higher capacity using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 Percent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification Clause No. 507 complete in all respects.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC: 35, The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.

Extra for adding shredded plastic waste in bitumenous items of work @ 8-10% of the total weight of bitumen as per SP:98-2013.
