    Rate Contract Of Various Works At Ahinsa Circle, Sri Ganganagar. - Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading. grading to required slope and compacting by vibratory roller 8-10 Tonne to meet requirement of Table 300-2 including cost of compensation for earth taken from private land with ALL lead As per MoRTH specification Clause No. 305. Dismantling old plaster or skirting, raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 meter Icad. Providing and laying in position cement concrete including curing compaction etc. complete in specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering all work up to plinth level 1:4:8 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand: 8 graded stone aggregates 40 mm nominal size) Brick masonry in foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:6 using class designation 75 bricks etc. complete Plaster on new surface on walls in cement sand mortar 1: 4 including raking of joints etc. complete fine finish 12 mm thick Providing and applying white cement based putty over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade including all scaffolding: Painting with synthentic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade: Two or more coats on New Work (B-12, 12.48.1, BSR) Providing and fixing steel gate grating and grills made of angles, tees, square bars or other flats black pipe with holdfast and fittings complete as per design and drawing including cutting welding and fabrication with priming coat of red oxide. (B-9, 9.8 BSR) Providing stone veneer facing in cement mortar 1:4 including cement pointing 1:3 in white cement with admixture of pigment matching the stone shade, up to one storey height above plinth level, in White Dholpur and stone rough dressed 25 to 35 mm thick.
