    Tender for Providing /Replacement, Testing , Commissioning Vt Pump Set Of 05 Cusec X 35 Meter Along With Its Allied Works At Lis Katal Batal , A) Design, Providing, Installation, Testing And Commissioning Of 5 Cusec Discharge X 35 Mtrs Head 02 Stage Vt Pump Set Having Base Not More Than 22Feetalong With Compatible Slow Speed Prime Mover Having Water Lubricating Arrangement And Conforming To Is 1710With Latest Arrangement After Dismantling, Extracting The Old Pump Of Unit Iii.The Pump Shall Be Capable Of Delivering The 05 Cusec Discharge Against The Lift Of 35 Mtrs Head. The Pump Shall Be Suitable For Satisfactory Performance In Every Respect As Per Site Conditions And The Characteristic Curves Shall Remain Stable Under All Conditions Under Requisite Discharge And Climatic Conditions Having Material Of Construction As Detailed Below:- I Impellers : Stainless Steel(Aisi-410) The Tenderers Shall Conform That The Material Of The Impeller Specified Above Shall Be Suitable In Every Respect For Type, Duty And Quality Of Raw Water Ii Line Shaft/ Line Shafts Sleeves : Stainless Steel (Aisi-410) Iii Pump Shaft/ Impeller Shaft : Stainless Steel (Aisi-410) Iv Bowl And Bell Mouth : Nickel Cast Iron Having 1.5 To 2% Nickel At Tensile Stress Of 18Kg/Cm2 And Specific Gravity Of 7.8 As Per Is 210 V Column Pipes Complete As Per Site Condition. : Steel As Per Is: 210 Of 1978/Grade A Of Is:2062 1984 With Latest Amendments And Is: 4270 Vi Wearing Ring : Stainless Steel (Aisi-410) Vii Nuts And Bolts : High Tensile Steel Viii Stuffing Box : Steel As Per Is: 210 Of 1978/Grade A Of Is:730 Of 1982 With Latest Amendments Ix Line Shaft Coupling : Steel As Peris1030 Of 1982 With Latest Amendment X Other Component : Conforming To Is 1710 With Latest Amendments For Such Duty, Head Variations And Quality Of Raw Water Vertical Wet Pit Turbine Or Mixed Flow Pumps For Above Ground Level Discharge Having Suitable Lubricating Arrangement And Conforming To Is 1710 With Latest Amendments.
