    tender for Schedule of Work for Switch Yard Painting for Joypur 33/11 KV Sub-Station under Bishnupur (D) Division -1 Cleaning of PCC Pole and other Iron materials by wire brush and sand paper to make them smoother. All PCC Pole including Foundation Plinth (Above Gorund) to be painted with Apex Ultima with primer (Make: Asian Paints). All Iron Materials including earth strip above ground to be painted with one coat of Red Oxide as primer and two coat of Synthetic Enamel (Colour as choosen by the Supervising Officer), Isolator handle need to be paint by red colour for identification. 1.01 4 Pole H.L Structure 1.02 4 Pole L.L Structure 1.03 Four Pole Structure 2 Cleaning of PCC Pole and other Iron materials by wire brush and sand paper to make them smoother. All PCC Pole to be painted with Apex Ultima with primer (Make: Asian Paints). All Iron Materials including earth strip above ground to be painted with one coat of Red Oxide as primer and two coat of Synthetic Enamel (Colour as choosen by the Supervising Officer), Isolator handle need to be paint by red colour for identification. 2.01 4 Pole Outgoing Structure (11 KV) 2.02 Double Pole Outgoing Structure (11 KV) 3 Cleaning of Rail Pole, Cable End Structure by wire brush and sand paper to make them smoother. All Rail Pole, Iron materials to be painted with one coat of Red Oxide as primer and two coat of Synthetic Enamel (Colour as choosen by the Supervising Officer) and Foundation Plinth (Above Gorund) of Rail Pole to be painted with Black Synthetic Enamel. 3.01 Cable End Structure (LV side) 3.02 Rail Pole 3.03 CT/PT/VCB M.S Structure 3.04 Phase marking of Isolator, LA etc 3.05 Paintaing of Transformer plinth 3.06 Paintaing of VCB foundation 3.07 Paintaing of 33KV LA structure 3.08 Paintaing of transformer nuetral support structure 3.09 Paintaing of earth strip attached with equipment 4 Safety picturial poster on sub-station wall (6ft X 5ft) by weather proof plastic paint
