| 92 | M&L for taking out of monobloc pumpset of 5.5 HP thereafter opening the motor at workshop,cutting removing old burnt winding coils ,cleaning filling the starter slots necessary mechanical works for shaft/bearing housing/mechnaical seal/volute/ volute base, greasing/oiling all moving parts , rewinding with suitable gauge of super enamelledcopper conductor including winding with fibre cloth/PVC insulated winding paper, superior quality varnishing, servicing/replacement ofpumpincluding replacement of spares , cable gland, protection tube, cable seal, terminal board, cable bracket, brearing cover, double mechanical seal,tie for stand,support bracket, guide shoe, moisture sensor, potting cup, Gland iron box,ball bearings, thermal over load protector, hose nipple, shaft bleaching, suitable mainsconnections from coil to terminal box,preparing and inserting coil running/starting windinginterconnecting, fixing,soldering, jointing, heating, drying up coils, connect to main supply andtesting at site and satisfactorily running all as specified and directed .Note :- (a) Lifting/taking out ofthe moter & rrefixingafter reapir shall be arranged by the contractor without any extra cost.(b) Transportaion form site to workshop and back to site shall be included in quoted rates. |
| 93 | M&L for carrying out camera inspection of borewell upto 600 feetusing high-resolution borehole inspection camera to assess and record the internal condition of the bore casing, joints, screen, and overall structural integrity; identify issues such as encrustation, corrosion, blockage, or collapse if any; and accurately determine the static water level. The work includes mobilization and demobilization of camera equipment, skilled technician deployment, capturing of continuous video footage, depth marking, and still images as required, complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge. Notes:- (i) Detail report on inspection in video or images shall be submitted to department in duplicate without any extra cost.(ii) Rate of T&P shall be included in quoted rates. |
