    Tender For Routine testing of 33 KV and 11 KV incoming feeder under EDD-1 Azamgarh-1.01 Conduct CT injection of the 33 kV incoming feeders, 11 kV incoming feeder butt couplers, and 11 kV outgoing feeders, tripping the buffer from the 11 kV feeder control and relay panel at the default setting provided by the division, checking the polarity and resistance of the CT/PT, or submitting a mark with all parameters, as the case may be, to the division office. Defective devices will be replaced with new devices under the supervision of the junior engineer of the testing section, as detailed below. (The equipment for the testing will be provided by the executing agency.) 2 The cost of replacing the following defective devices in the panel, including reinstallation of the defective devices, will be included: 2.01 Replace defective wires in the panel according to the panel wiring. 2.02 Replacement of faulty relays in various modules. 2.03 Replacement of faulty TNC switches. 2.04 Replacement of faulty ampere selector switches and NO switches. 2.05 Replacement of WTI and OTI in transformers. 2.06 Replacement of faulty floating and tripping foils in various modules in breakers. 2.07 Other repairs including panels right-indicating buttons, terminal heads, etc. 2.08 Replacement of Ampere Meters (Analogue and Digital). 2.09 Replacement of Voltage Meters (Analogue and Digital). 2.1 The following testing requirements for 33/11 kV transformers must be completed in the prescribed format provided by the division and submitted to the division office: SC, OC, Mangetizing Current Test, Magnetic Balance Buscholz Test, WTI & OTI Alarm and Trip, BDV Test (From Top and Bottom Oil Sample). (All testing will be performed by the contractor.) 2.11 Transport the Dhee Force generator to the 33/11 kV substation for testing and stored until the test is complete. (Diesel and vehicle will be provided by the contractor, and all other materials will be provided by the contractor.)
