Failure to do so shall result in a penal recovery of Rs 2000/- per week, levied on the dues of contractor, maximum up to 10% of the work done/CA Amount whichever is higher.(d) The contractor shall obtain approval of “Qualified Tradesman” as per condition 26 of IAFW-2249 before commencement of work at site and shall have sufficient manpower such as plumber, welder, helper etc readily available to meet the site requirement during emergency situation as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge/GE. |

(b) Cleaning of swimming pool side walls. (c) skimmer channel by pool cleaner and cleaning of bottom including deep slope surface by under water cleaner. (d) Removing sediment particle from bottom by using suction sweeper by deploying required number of manpower who are well conversant with swimming pool cleaning process and specialized in diving and deep cleaning. |
