Tender For Provision Of Tiling In Smqs At Af Station Tezpur Under Ge (Af) Tezpur; 1 M & L for non skid ceramic tiles (coloured), 7 to 8 mm thick as in floor area of each tile exceeding 0.06 Sqm but n exceeding 0.11 Sqm, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colored cement to match, laid over and including screed bed or beeding layers of cement mortar 15mm thick in CM 1:4 in floors, including dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) including removing the rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed. 2 M&L for non - skid Ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, laid over and including 15mm thick in CM 1:4 screed bed including Roughening the surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping, cleaning and washing down with water to remove dust and brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 kg of cement per Sqm, complete all as specified and directed. 3 All as per item No 2 above but on vertical surfaces, laid over and including 10mm thick backing coat of tiles in CM (1:3)and including Taking down cement plaster on wall of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed. 4 M&L for 18-20 mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, Jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite and including 20 mm thick cement plaster (1:3) including demolition of stone slab and tiles of any description or thickness as in floors, apron etc laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar, complete all as directed and as specified. 5 S&F in repair vitreous china squatting pan Orissa pattern size 580 x 440 mm white with front or back inlet, integral foot rest incl providing lime concrete bedding and connecting to flusing cistern, complete all as specified and directed. 6 S & F in repair PTMT Grating doom 125 mm dia, with or without waste hole (Minimum weight 40gms), complete all as specified and directed. 7 S & F in repair PTMT Grating doom 100 mm dia, with or without waste hole (Minimum weight 25gms), complete all as specified and directed. 8 Rescuring or easing & adjusting without taking down shutter of any description, exc 1 sqm and n. exc. 2 sqm each, in same opeining etc, complete all as specified and directed. 9 Materials and Labour for rendering 8 mm thick, cement plaster, in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound as per manufactures instructions over and including 12 mm thick backing coat in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in walls, complete all as specified and directed.Note: - (Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately)
