    Tender For Replacement Of Old Water Supply Pipes & Sluice Valvesnear Crs Pump Station And Old Sump In Jnu Campus.; 1 Providing laying, testing & commissioning of C class heavy duty MS Pipe conforming to IS 1239/3589 i/c fittings like elbows, tees, flanges, tapers, nuts bolts, gaskets etc. in ground including welding, excavation & providing cement concrete blocks as supports, anticorrosive treatment with coaltar/asphalt tape as per IS 10221, refilling the trench etc. of following sizes complete as required. 2 150 mm dia 3 Providing and laying S&S C.I. standard specials such as tees, bends, collars, tapers, caps etc. (Heavy class) 4 Up to 300 mm dia 5 Providing lead caulked joints to spun iron or C.I. pipes and specials, including testing of joints but excluding the cost of pig lead : 6 300 mm diameter pipe 7 Supplying pig lead at site of work. 8 Providing and fixing C.I. sluice valves (with cap) complete with bolts, nuts, rubber insertions etc. (the tail pieces if required will be paid separately) : 9 200 mm diameter 10 Class II 11 300 mm diameter 12 Class II 13 Labour for cutting C.I. pipe with steel saw. 14 250 mm diameter C.I. pipe 15 300 mm diameter C.I. pipe 16 NSI 17 Providing and fixing Woltman Type Class B Magnetic drive water meter (bulk type) conforming to ISO : 4064complete with bolts, nuts, rubber insertions etc. 18 300 mm dia nominal bore 19 Providing and fixing C.I. dirt box strainer for bulk type water meter with nuts, bolts, rubber insertions etc. complete 20 300 mm dia 21 Providing laying, testing & commissioning of C class heavy duty MS Pipe conforming to IS 1239/3589 i/c fittings like elbows, tees, flanges, tapers, nuts bolts, gaskets etc. in ground including welding, excavation & anticorrosive treatment with coaltar/asphalt tape as per IS 10221, refilling the trench etc. of following sizes complete as required. 22 250 mm dia 23 300 mm dia
