| 112 | Taking down the ceiling / Exhaust fans of any model, size & sweep carefully from its original position and dismantlingmotor and over hauling complete by cleaning all dust / grease with kerosene or petrol, & replacement of unserviceable bearings, bushes, split pins and nut and bolts and applying new grease for bearings, reassembling the motor and fixing the blades, preparation old surfaces of fan of any sweep & model and painting the with synthetic enamelled paint by spraying including filling cavities and testing and refixing the same complete as directed by Engr in Charge, Note for Item (i). Any Parts required for replacement shall be measured and paid seperately under appropriate item as \"\"Supply only\"\" (s) of this schedule. However labour element involved in replacementis included in unit rate quoted against this Item.(ii). Any unforeseen minor repair and minor parts like Rubber bush, MS Clamps, split pins, base frames, nuts, bolts etc that are covered under this and required to complete the repair work / smooth functioning of Fan Motor shallbe deemed to be included with the unit rate .Transportation of Stator / Rotorparts for machining & rewinding, shaft / bushingfor machining , welding , turning at lathe shop at Sri Vijaya Puram are also deemed to be included with unit rate.(iii).
